    Avoid at all costs. I explained from the beginning that I know what's needed for SEO and not here for an upsell call. That was the entirety of the call for the most part after doing some Voice Call work. Will it be published, who knows because I don't believe so. Get rid of the car salesman tactics, it doesn't work in account management. Take no for an answer, I was clear and direct.

    I would give them zero stars if I could. Stay away from this company!!! I started my relationship with them in June if last year. I have yet to talk to the same person twice and they routinely show up for scheduled meetings ***** minutes late. Every meeting is a repeat of Information from my end to re-educate the person from APEX on my business. The company has consistently cited restructuring for the last four months as the cause. They misled me initially on serviced they could provide and I've seen no impact to my business from what they have done. Overall, I have wasted my money ... please don't waste yours.

    The worst service I could have ever imagined from my first call it was all lies and a scam. Very rude and untrained staff. They promised a refund for ******** everything up then over Christmas break that lady was moved to a different department. Its just a basic scam where they take your money and dont dip anything. They even make you sign an agreement saying you have to *** the in *******. *** **** ***** **** *** ******* **** **** *** ** ******* *** **** ********** *********  Stay away from this company! Shut this company down!!

    I do see from the notes that since your purchase date on December 5th we have spoken to you on 12 different occasions. Corrected a NAP score for the business from a 98% error rate to 0%. Deleted 6 duplicate citations for the business with misinformation. Tripled the views from November on the business. 

    Customer did not own the business listing prior nor have access to it after purchase, he now has full ownership of his GMB. 

    Either way, please follow up so I may look further in the details and come to a resolution you feel as sufficient.

    I requested to cancel in less than 24 hours after reading reviews on ******* and BBB. I received a call from the "owner" of the business asking me to re-consider. I did not agree to reconsider. Then I was told a customer service representative would reach out to me. NOBODY reached out to me. I contacted them. They claimed I could not cancel until I met with my analyst. I attempted to meet with the analyst and rescheduled for an earlier time per their suggestion regarding my availability, but was blamed for rescheduling for an hour earlier than *********** scheduled. ONLY to still not meet with whomever I am supposed to speak to and held on the phone for 30 minutes, the time limit for the scheduled call. I asked when I would speak to someone regarding my account, I was told I would need to reschedule. I rescheduled only to once again be held on the phone by someone who could not assist me. My experience has been poor and that's being kind. I did not receive the calls at the scheduled time, referred to the email sent with a ****** Meet link that does not work. **************** placing me on hold for long periods of time with excuses as to why their personnel is not available for a scheduled meeting. When questioned about why I was unable to meet with anyone, I was YELLED at more than once by supposed customer service agents. I have literally heard every excuse, "from family emergency", "I just found out about your issue", "the person you are scheduled to speak with is unavailable". As a small business owner it is disheartening to try to support other businesses only to be taken advantage of by taking limited funds and wasting valuable time. This company claims to be the recipient of bad reviews due to an error in name and location. In fact, there is no error and bad reviews are indeed warranted. DO NOT ATTEMPT to do business with this company as they have coined the term "run-around" and will be discourteous, and rude in the process.

    My experience with Apex Media Solutions of ******* has not been positive. From initial calls to set up my keywords to monthly follow-up calls are nonexistent. This company is a total scam. I paid them over $2000 and have yet to see any benefits. It's disheartening that the promised services were not delivered, and customer support was lacking. I strongly recommend not doing business with this outfit.
