    For the most part it was easy. I kept getting some kind of error and it kept getting rejected. They say third time is a charm, when the last error message I got actually told me the problem. I was able to fix my problem and it went through. I would recommend.

    Filed Jan 29, its march 1 still hasnt been processed, logged in to see whats going on site makes no sense not sure now if I even filed correctly

    I am sorry if the *** has not yet processed your refund yet. E-file.com transmitted the return that you prepared and while many refunds are processed quicker than this, we cannot force the *** to process your refund faster (nor can any other tax software provider). You can keep track of the status of your refund at irs.gov/refunds

    I am not sure if filing with them is very smart. You will not receive the money you worked hard for all year and deserve.

    It looks like you used our free software for the last two years and received a refund in each year. I am very sorry if you are disappointed by the amount of withholding you had and therefore what the *** refunded to you. One of our agents reviewed your account and the calculations are correct based on what you had entered. There were no obvious entry errors that we could find or missing deductions, etc. We have previously explained to you that, in your situation, your W2 withholding is close to what you owe, you would not receive a large tax refund. Large refunds typically occur when taxpayers overpay throughout the year or are eligible for credits that were not accounted for. Since this was not the case with you, you did not receive a large refund. If you are unhappy with the amount refund you are annually recieving, you may want to consider increasing your w2 withholding. If you would like to voice concerns with how much tax you are required to pay each year, you should consider contacting your local government officials to express this.
