    I filed my *** Tax Extension on April 15 with bank account information to pay the *** and taxes owed. They did not pay taxes as requested. E-File took their 29-dollar "free fee" from my bank account. E-file did not make my payment request to the *** for $x,xxxx taxes. I cannot afford to miss an IRS Payment. If I were only paying $29, I would not give bank account info for a $29 fee. I use a credit card. The complaint is, "Where is my 4846 IRS tax payment? Have they been paid, or are they floating unaccounted for? I cannot get support to contact me.

    I am sorry for the confusion with this. The *** does not always pull the payment immediately, however, this does not mean the payment is late. You provided payment information with the filing on time. I have requested a support specialist reach out to you to explain this further and answer any remaining questions you have.

    Buyer beware!!!Extremely poor website. Fails to load content 95 percent of the time. I can't access my complete tax forms. No way to upload 1095 form. Advertising free service but fails to tell you it's only free for the federal tax and state will cost you $33. Really... $33. Just tell me it cost me $33 and don't try to deceive me. For me this is a simple matter of not being honesty. Poor principles... I prefer not to do business with dishonest companies thusI can't recommend **********. File anyone else, even if it cost you a few bucks.

    I am sorry for the difficulty you had with this. It looks like you were using a very old, outdated version of Safari you when working on this return, the downtime you spoke of was specific to your browser and local configuration. Our support specialist informed you of this when you contacted us ************* can download a PDF of your return if you visit the My Account page within your account. This is the page that you arrive on each time you log in to your ********** looks like you were able to file your federal return completely free of charge. You opted to add on a state return, while there is a fee for this, it is optional and we charge half of what most other software providers charge.
