    Purchased Camper trailer this spring from Blue Compass RV ******* ** location. On first outing, found a very small cut in the awning. Immediately called service and had to leave a message regarding warrantee work.5/4. called left message with service manager ****. - Never returned call 5/9. (roughly) stopped in to schedule service due to non returned call (dealt with this before with them).6/5 dropped off camper, explained where cut was located. was told diagnostics would be done end of next day.6/8 called, left message with **** due to non returned call / update 6/11 called talked to another service rep that said diagnostic had been completed on 6/8 but she didn't know the status.6/12 stopped in in person to talk to ****. Claimed they could not find cut in awning. I had them pull trailer around to show them. **** took pictures and claimed he sent in to "warrantee" but claimed it might not be covered as "it wasn't there when you bought it". I reminded him his staff JUST missed it despite me telling them where it was.6/12 - 6/13 email exchange with sales manager ***************************** and service manager ******************************. Both said they would get me answers.6/19 no update, emailed again 6/20 returned email stating claim sent to "warrantee"6/28 called and **** answered, He claimed "photos were sent along with claim two days ago" This is contrary to everything I was told to this point. He claimed he would have an answer later that day. I insisted I get a call that afternoon with an update either way.6/29 no call / update received, Left message for **** to call with receptionist My camper has been in their possession for a month with no answers. Never have they called me to update me this entire time. I've had to go in multiple times in order to get answers. This feels like an attempt to avoid performing warrantee work on an obvious defect that was clearly missed... multiple times.

    The blue compass dealer that we purchased our RV from has been of no help. We bought a brand new unit and have had multiple problems and feel that we were seriously misled before we ever took the unit home.Once we left their lot and they had been paid, we have not been able to get them to respond to emails. Text messages or phone calls.

    The ************* experience ever!!They had our Redwood for over 7 months for repairs. They said there was an issue finding parts for our electronic control system. Guess that was the truth since they ended up either putting in the wrong system. Or not programming it correctly. Many of the features are missing. We had a slide repaired due to storm damage. They did such a terrible job it leaked worse after repair. I called and sent picture of the problems and they never returned my calls.

    We drove to Blue Compass-Park City KS from Pennsylvania to buy a used ffth wheel. We are experienced RV people. From the photos, I could tell the unit needed some work. The dealer said they go over everyhting but tried to sell me an $1,895 "prep" package (but could not say what it included).. I passed on that so they wanted to sell me a $695 package to do a "safety check." They will try to sell you all kinds of extras to just do basic checks ... and then thy don't do any of them anyway. At no time did any salesman, or manager or the GM tell me of any problem or issue with this trailer. They did say it was for sale "as is" but never gave me a reason why, so I knew I had to look at this unit carefully. I asked for the dates on the tires and was told they were from March of 2018. The tires were six years old and likely not roadworthy. The unit had no spare. I asked for a spare to drive to tire store so they said they would provide a new spare. They also painted the old tires with black paint to make them look new, as if I was a newbie. They removed the cap from the low point drain and removed the anode rod from the hot water heater -- I believe -- to discourge me from testing the water system. On the way to Abilene one of the tires exploded, casing damage to the skirting around the wheel. When went to change the tire we found that the dealer gave us a five lug wheel for a six lug spindle. Also the trailer brakes did not work properly. Once camping we had no hot water for two days. The hot water heater's electric element was fried and the system still dry in bypass mode. They either never checked the major systems or never told me what they found. The water tank leaked from a crack in the plastic outlet. This dealer is inept and unethical. They knew we planned to drive the RV home to Pennsylvania and camp in it. They allowed us to leave for home with an an unsafe vehicle which was not camping ready. Run the other way from these pirates.

    Purchased our RV fall 2023 with understanding that they will store over winter. When we went to sign and finish paperwork, they had no idea where paperwork was and seemed like they had no idea we were even coming the date we agreed on for final paperwork and walk through Prior to them storing it we did our walk thru and found some issues with things (as expected) no RVs are perfect from factory. We were told before it gets put in storage everything will be fixed, well fast forward to April 24 and I tried to call to setup pickup multiple times. FINALLY get a call back and they said we can come pick it up, I asked about work that needed to be done over winter and they had no idea what needed to be done or if it was done. So, we find out that nothing was done but we decided to pick up anyways since we have trips coming up in May. We go to get camper and notice bubble on tire, so now I am changing tire on our NEW camper first time leaving lot. After hooking up I performed a tug test to find out the brakes DO NOT WORK. Now after s******* around for 2 hours, we can't even take camper home after we left work early to make it convenient for them. We expressed our concerns to GM *****, and she claimed she will reach out to cooperate to see what kind of compensation will be done, and they will call us. Once again, NO call back. When we were considering buying this camper, they had no problem calling us daily, now that they have our $75,000, they don't care to help us out or get back to us. We still have warranty work that needs to be done eventually. We hesitated to buy from Blue Compass because they bought the Buffalo RV location who had a lawsuit against them for poor service, but we were assured the "bad eggs" were replaced and things were great. Everyone we talk to has a different story, turns out we should've bought elsewhere. Our concerns turned out to be correct.

    The most callous uncaring service center I have ever experienced. The service department dont give a rats a** about if they fix your camper correctly or not. Under warranty they were supposed to replace a regulator on my out door stove. They replaced it and while they replaced it they beat the c*** out of the stove broke a fitting for water supply under the stove lost the grease tray under ***** the stove and replaced the griddle that was perfectly fine. Do not go there to buy anything. You will regret it if something goes wrong with your camper. DT

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ************** BLUE COMPASS!!! You will regret it!!The television in living area was broken.The cutting board missing, as it looked as they used it for another fifth wheel and took it from ours.Four light bulbs were missing, the closet doors would not slide properly. The power tower by kitchen table broken. The ** PRO system inferior from the start. We have been operating from our cell phone which is ridiculous! The clock in the kitchen has been broken from the start. These are things that should have been repaired before delivery of the unit!! We purchased your most expensive warranty program for over $4,000 for future needs. I can only imagine how that is going to work out!When the fifth wheel arrived at our home and we inspected all the items that needed repair before delivery, NOTHING WAS REPAIRED, or replaced as per the Manager, ** and the repair shop!!It took them over TWO WEEKS to bring us a new television. A technician came about two weeks after that to try and fix our **Pro. He worked extremely hard and very determined to fix it but as I stated before, it is BROKEN!! My wife has called the ** twice, he called back once with a lot of double talk and nothing has been serviced!! She also called the repair shop Manager ******* and we got the same run around!! How long do I have to wait for a lousey breadboard??? It took over two weeks to get a new television!!! This is simply unexceptable service!! Your store has just pushed us to the side once we had purchased the unit!Inadaquit bunch of employees except for your techniciansJerry and *** who seem to process all ********** They had 40 days to repair everything.!! I am still waiting for my cutting board!!! A CUTTING BOARD!!!!!!! They are all idiots and you will be sorry purchasing from them!!!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT APPRECIATES THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

    Our son and his girlfriend bought a camper from the Blue Compass in ******, ** in December. The first time they set it up, they found a pinhole in one of the water heater lines. By this time, they had already moved it to *******.They dropped the camper off for service at the ** dealership in ***** *** (Service Advisor) and ***** (Service Manager) took amazing care of the camper! They even had it detailed, gave our kids two spare tire covers, and rushed the parts for repair.Throughout the process, ***** sent pictures of the unit and its progress. ***** (Regional Manager) got involved and made sure everything was going smoothly so our son and his girlfriend d could leave for their trip to ****** on time.I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a new camper or for having your current camper serviced

    We just picked up ****** from ****** Blue compass, we had a great experience until the day we were scheduled to pick up the *** We got a phone call saying that they tried to charge our battery and when they returned they found it was leaking water and it was dead. The battery worked the ********* was there until they charged it. Then we were told they they were going to waive the labor price, but a new Battery was $157. The battery was ruined when they overcharged it, but still they wanted us to pay for a new battery. We are very disappointed in the dishonesty of ****** Blue compass.

    We purchased a travel trailer from Blue Compass in Mesa AZ in June of 2022. After many warranty claims in the first year, we finally started to enjoy the trailer. In October of 2023 we had to sell the trailer due to health reasons. We sold it to a private party. We then asked the finance department to help us get a refund of our extended warranty. It is now April of 2024 and we have not heard anything from the finance department since last December. They completely ghosted us. No matter how many times I call, text or email, I get no response from them. We are not talking a lot of money, but still when you are on a fixed income every little bit helps. Please stay away from this company.
