No stars possible. Salesmen from the start are wonderful-but that IS how they make their money. Service is terrible, they will lie and tell you, yes we did the work, get the ** home and not only are the same problems there, there are NEW problems, too. It is way too expensive to end with such a piece of junk.

We are full time RV, bought a used 2016 American Coach for $189,000 from Blue Compass ***************Sales Manager assure us all the issues would be resolved, they would go through the coach with a fine tooth comb and fix everything. We would get a fully functioning unit with no surprises.Issues were not resolved, items long list of items to be repaired still are not done and today we found one of the jacks is at an angle (bent frame). We started the process to buy the coach about a month ago, they had if over a week to resolve issues, they did not get done. The Radio/Nav we were told would be here for us on 3/19, I called on 3/18 and the service manager sounded like he knew nothing about us coming. The radio/nav appears to have just been ordered since now they say it will be another week (Maybe 3/24 or 3/25) we are due to head back East on 3/26.Service manager said we would get a tow bar when they delivered the unit, it was not with the unit and repeated times asking, no one seems to know ************** had little to no air (***** lbs) should be 123 lbs.The service manager seemed upset when I asked what it would take to fix the **** ****, we have to leave on 3/26 and he said he has no idea. The list of issues is long, blinds do not work, water hose reel does not work, **** ****, radio/nav missing, storage locks not working, water leak above the waste tanks, storage door rubbing on slide, toilet flushing problem, light switches do not work, tire pressure monitoring system not functional, awning squeaks... these are just to name a few we are still finding "surprises" which he said there would be none. After paying $189,000, maybe to them that is not much, however to the average person that is a substantial amount, most people in retirement RV life most likely are not mechanical/repair minded and this was a gross display of over committing and under delivering on the sales and service team of Blue Compass RV ***********.

Spent $110,000 for a 2025 JayCo North Point 382flrb in December of 2024. We are full time RVers. Had a bad leak during our first Florida rain storm. I had to pay the $250 service fee for the ***** repairman. Now the second awning lights stopped working. Also the front and rear A/C units have their sensors switched so the bedroom is freezing and the living room is hot. Now they say I need an estimate before they can submit a service request from ***** then the repair. So another $500 out of pocket for factory mistakes. Oh and they dont reply to online service requests. I had to call and they said they never received the email but I did receive an automated message saying they would reach out to me soon. Find another dealer.

Horrible, no work ethic company.. they don't do quality work. They charged us $23,000 and did the worst job possible.. then the staff gave us attitude when we questioned it. If it wasnt that my father was ill we would have stayed and sued. We still are going as soon as we can

Drop my ** off 14 months ago to be remodeled agreed on a price of $15,000 which included many upgrades but with the condition that if they found the roof was bad and leaking I did not want to proceed with any work disregarding what I said, they completely tore apart the ** Replaced the outside slide out seals, which are not right and are falling off as a matter of fact, they fell off in front of the service manager the day I went to pick the ** up when he proceeded to put them on he said they werent right regardless at that point and 14 months later, I was more concerned in getting out of that place. We ended up settling with $11,000 bill for parts that they supposedly bought and installed, which was a complete lie the only thing they replaced with the refrigerator and the air conditioner. They took apart my stove and convection oven lost it misplaced it. Dont know where it is or what happened to it. One of my ******* TVs that was mounted for outside the ** That was missing the day I picked up the **. Nobody knew where that went either I could go on for hours talking about this very inadequate poor communication and quality of workmanship was less than adequate by all means as I am home repairing the ** myself and replacing stuff that was stolen. I am finding the work they did even more discouraging than I originally thought. They said they replaced the seals on the slide outs and they only replaced the sides with the wrong ones which are why theyre falling off. They said that they had to remove the lighthouse to replace the seals and that was a lie because they never did the top seals and the bottom seals are still the original ones. This is more than Better Business Bureau complaint. This is a criminal complaint as far as Im concerned this company has stolen $11,000 from me and Im not sure how to proceed or handle it at this point, but I want all buyers to be aware that this company blue compass RV is absolutely the worst Ive ever seen and Ive owned many Rv
