  I stayed at ************************* in *****, ***** and I absolutely loved it. -clean room and facilities. -complimentary drinks in the lounge.-ideal location for sight seeing and public transit. -friendly staff. -quiet at night, but located in a busy area during the day. -bed was very nice and was big enough for me being 190cm tall. (Hard to find in *****) When I come back to ***** again I will 100% be staying here again.

  ********** was a bit dated, but the ******************* to the beach was awesome. They gave us a one bedroom room in the beginning when we had asked for two & they were quick to fix the problem the second day when the room opened up. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Maybe add some protein.

  I won a trip for a 3-night stay through Redeem Vacations & chose ************ as it was the closest place to my home for driving. I paid the hotel taxes to reserve my spot & keep the voucher from expiring. I did upgrade to a nicer resort with heated indoor pools since it was March. I also checked in on a weekend so there was a surcharge for two nights. Overall, the resort was nice but it was close to the airport so the planes were very loud. The whole process was pretty easy from start to finish. Thank you, Redeem Vacations!!

  The ************ on ************ was so such a great hotel. The customer service was excellent. The massage by ******* at ****** was out of this world. Great vacation.

  We stayed at Alpha Sovereign on the Gold Coast. Being my first time using Redeem Vacations I was slightly skeptical as to what our stay would be like. I was pleasantly surprised. Our accommodation was centrally located with a lovely pool. Our room was showing some signs of age but it was clean and we don’t spend a lot of time in our room when on holidays! I am looking forward to the opportunity to use my second voucher with them.

  So someone that I was friends with on Facebook sent me a vacation voucher from Redeem Vacations. I activated, not knowing that after I activated it I would have to pay the fees within a week to keep it. So the voucher expired. Redeem Vacations sent me a voucher for Cancun, Mexico. Like the other complaints, I paid $228.20 for taxes and fees. I thought that was all I had to pay. Then, I received an email stating that I had to pay $39.95 per night, totaling $199.75 for 5 nights. I expected a welcome call from the number they listed in the email. The first call I received was late in the afternoon and no one said anything on the phone. I immediately called back and it was after hours so no one answered. The second call was in the late afternoon as well and no one said anything. I have chatted and kept getting the run around, saying that someone will call me. I should’ve read the BBB reviews first.

  It was a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Orlando, FL. We had a great time and our room was newly renovated! It was great that we went during the week when it’s less busy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

  We had a great experience with Redeem Vacations. Our trip to Palm Desert was easy to book, the hotel was fantastic, and Redeem Vacations reached out numerous times to ensure everything went smoothly with our reservation. I was amazed at the value of the trip I received. 5 stars, highly recommend!
