  Had a great time at the Hilton Garden Inn, Orange Beach/Gulf Shores AL. Booking was simple, the location was awesome and had direct beach access. Can’t wait until next year to use another incentive vacation and go explore a different area.

  The overall process of everything was quick and easy. The hotel was great, very close by to Times Square. Check in & check out was easy as well. I definitely will be booking through here for the rest of my future trips.

  I had a great stay at ****** in *****! All we had to do was pay the taxes/activation fee which was less than $100 and redeem! When we had a minor issue, the chat agent was there to help and very nice. 10/10 thank you!

  My 3 night stay in ******************** at the ************************** was perfect. The room was spacious and beautiful with a wonderful workspace set up and lounger chaise. The outdoor rooftop lap pool and hot tub was great too. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The location adjacent to the large shopping mall and near the sky train station was ideal to getting to the airport and downtown for a concert. I will definitely go back.

  I have had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at Mantra Sierra Grand Hotel, Gold Coast. Definitely 5 star experience and can’t recommend enough Redeem Vacations for that!

  This company operates a very inflexible business model.First off, you have to pay the prescribe fee to be able to access their website to look at available accommodation,if there is no available accommodation for where you want to go for a specific reason you are stuffed.Redeem vacations do not appear to be prepared to give refunds, but simply telling you to use the voucher in another location whether that suits you or not. Why should we be subject to you telling as where we can go and when.Is it a scam ? a good question to ask. Their inflexibility is astounding.

  My vacation was awesome! I did the promotion and added nights. The hotel was in a great location and the staff were super nice. It's pretty standard to pay a resort fee, so I was expecting that. Thanks for the amazing experience! :)

  I would give 0 stars if possible. There's nothing "complimentary" about booking through them. Every step of the way we were charged more and more. The resort that showed availability was booked full when I finally got through to their representative that never called me back. As if that wasn't enough, the SECOND resort booking got more expensive the next time I called back. I lost my airline ticket money and activation fee, but they did refund my $900 or so charges. Don't even think about this terrible "company."
