    Awesome time! Got to spend 5 days in the best hotel I've stayed at so far and in Kyoto, Japan! 5 star luxury hotel~ Super easy. Would just prefer if Redeem Vac. was more connected to the hotels. I wasn't able to log on to the hotel website to see my reservation since it is considered a 3rd party and the staff cant help that but i did go ahead and confirm it anyway via email a week or 2 ahead and everything went smoothly in the end, so no complaints there! Wish I could do it again!

    I booked my hotel via Redeem Vacations and my experience was great from the initial purchase and the reminders and the checking on me to make sure I was having a great time was amazing! I absolutely recommend to use them!

    I stayed at The Hampton Inn & Suites in Calgary. Excellent stay! Room was very clean and quite big. Complimentary hot breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

    I am very impressed with this company. The customer service **** always follows up and they very knowledgeable. I will book with them again. The hotelHyatt in **************** ** very nice and clean the front desk and cleaning staff very professional

    Great stay near the beach! Was upgraded to a 2 bedroom despite only needing 1 bedroom. Very happy with resort. Helpful customer service.

    Would actually give this 4.75 stars. Had no issues. Reservations were perfect, hotel housekeeping could be a slight bit better but overall great! Highly recommend!

    Originally I thought it was too good to be true. However, the process was smooth and my stay was amazing. I love how they checked in with me prior to my stay and once I checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciate everything.

    We had the good fortune to stay at a Redeem Vacations property, Hotel Gracery in Kyoto, Japan in March 2023, and we had a wonderful experience. The property is conveniently located, nicely appointed, and both efficient and comfortable. In addition, and just as important, we found the staff to be very warm, kind & helpful. All spoke some English (and understood us well), The staff members (from front desk to housekeeping) made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We highly recommend Hotel Gracery & Redeem Vacations for travel needs!
