    Since I was not able to find any acceptable hotels available after checking multiple times over the past year. I requested a refund with ***** in a chat and she advised I should receive a refund within 5-10 business days.

    I have yet to use my vacation packages however I had a situation with my expiration date. One of the customer service representatives was extremely helpful and informative. I cant wait to take my trips, Ill be back to update my review.

    Very nice motel. Staff went over and beyond. It was my birthday Weekend as well. Got a nice birthday surprise, in my room, when i arrived back on Sunday. Friendly, clean, accommodated rooms.
