      Registered my rental to an EZ-Pass account; the EZ-Pass site doesn't warn of the 24-48 hour waiting period anywhere on the registration page. Went through 3 tolls later that afternoon, a total of $4.36 in tolls-- ended up getting billed $45 in "admin fees" by the rental company. Tried to pay the toll fines directly through the EZ-pass account, but they refused. I had to eat the "admin fees."

      Forwarded email to customer requesting additional information on this issue. Asked customer to please provide me with the car rental agency name and rental agreement #. Advised customer will try reaching out to car rental agency on behalf of customer to request the rental agencies fees to be waived as a courtesy. Waiting for customer's response.

      They would rather send you a bill using your license plate instead of taking it out of your bank act. The true reason is because they charge a $2.50 fee plus a 25% add on to your bill. I have tried 4 separate times to correct this issue with no satisfaction at all. They refuse to even try to rectify this simple problem. Why would they if the can get away with adding 25% plus $2.50 to your invoice every month. I would appreciate any help you could offer. This is just a legal way to extort more money from who knows how many other customers they are extorting. *** spoke to several supervisors and they have no answers other than pay the extra or els. What a sorry way to conduct business!******************************

      No stars to be honest!!!! I have been a Peach Pass holder for over 2 years. My Peach Pass has been active with all the correct information since then. However, I received an invoice stating I have to pay extra because their system did not read my transponder. As an employee of the state I know once you leave your state they read the License Plate. Each toll state have their own transponders. I had prove that my account was active and all the information was correct. They were rude and stated they can't do anything about to and that I had to pay the penalty fee's. They are taking your money by legally saying you can use other toll passes but in reality they will find an excuse to charge you extra even though you have an ***********.

      Sunpass website is a steaming piece of s*** Completely useless - I don't know how they stay in business. Highly, highly reccommend E-Pass, they've really go it down!

      I went to file a dispute about a double charge from Sunpass (toll-by-plate), because i paid $70 in full to E-Zpass but now Sunpass is trying to demand that i pay $70 too their system. Even when it's all been paid off already? Can someone explain to me while this double charge was brought about?

      They sent me a letter that I owed ****, I do not have a sunpass account I used ************** a few weeks back. That bill came to **** and it was payed. Then they sent me an email demanding I pay the rest. They admitted the problem was on there side then they lied and said the *** made the mistake. I went to the *** and of course Sunpass Lied!!!

      I called customer service on, Aug. 2, 2023 and the first representative couldn't explain to me where a $32.00 fee was being applied. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, ******* ( P038), and she was very rude! She consistently cut me off while I was speaking and said numerous times, "If you stop going through tolls when your account is negative, you wouldn't accumulate the fees." This was very unprofessional coming from the supervisor. I was only trying to verify my account, since I received an invoice in the mail yesterday stating I owe $10.00 not $32.00. I have NEVER had this issue in the past when my account has gone negative. I need answers to why I owe $39.01.

      Been a loyal customer with ********************** since 2015. 1 time my credit card lapsed, and the email they send gets sent to an old email to update. I pay the back payment toll to sunpass 2 days later the toll was charged. ****** then sends me a bill a week later to also pay the same tolls you just paid with sun pass, which are double the price. I pay that too and call sunpass to explain I have paid twice and they do Nothing to refund or help pay for the double payment. They basically said its my fault

      This company consistently fails to send out Pay-per-plate toll bills. It waits until you are past the payment due date, then sends to collections so it can charge you more money. No one at this company ever wants to answer the phone or assist in any other way. I drive on tolls periodically and they have always waited to send me my bill until it was too late too pay it. Every email message I send them gets returned with a canned message. None of my mailing information has changed in years. Everything is the same. Theres no reason I should not be getting my toll bills in a timely manner unless this company is intentionally waiting to send them out so they can collect a bigger fee.

      The Sun pass system has been *********************** for me when for whatever reason they stopped automatically replenishing my card. Now everytime I get an invoice in the mail, I have to call and deal with an automated phone system that was designed by a bunch of morons. Please read these reviews and fix this shit!!!
