      This company is horrible if yiur credit card stops working they will not notify you and charge you full rate The customer service hold time is horrendous

      We have made 3 attempts to contact the customer but we have not been able to speak with him.

      I am a disabled veteran and able to park at the airport for free. SunPass has an option where you can opt in to pay for airport parking. On 9/17 I went to the airport parking to pull a ticket to park but the gate opened and would not issue me a ticket. There was somebody behind my car and the garage employee stated there was nothing he could do but I needed to stop blocking the entrance. He said it's a SunPass issue!SunPass customer service was not open that early. When I landed around 9:00 AM, I called SunPass and spoke to *****. She stated that I would need to use Sunpass to exit the airport parking. I explained to her, I never opted in to charge Sunpass for Airport Parking because I get it for free as a disabled veteran. She confirmed on a recorded line that I was correct, and that I didn't opt in to use SunPass to pay parking. She stated that I would have to call when I returned and left the airport, (this website will not permit me to write down the claim number . I was charged $45.00 to park when it should have been free. I called on Monday 9/19 after I returned and after waiting for 30 minutes, the representative hung up on me. I called second time and waited another 30 minutes. I didn't get his name but he stated it would take 14 days to review. He also confirmed on a recorded line that I did not opt in for the airport parking. I need to be credited $45.00 to be made whole.
