      I have been a SunPass customer for many years. We recently bought a new automobile. We used our portable transponder in the new car with no issue. We decided to change to a sticker transponder specific for the new automobile. I activated the transponder in my SunPass account but when attempting to add the license plate of the new automobile I got an error as the system would not accept my input of the new license plate. As a result of this Sun Pass system issue I received a toll by plate bill in the mail. I contacted Sun Pass to manually add my License plate and opened a case for them to resolve the toll by plate issue. They refused to work with ***** and charge me the toll by transponder price. They stated that I would be responsible for the full toll by plate price to ePass since I had not added my license plate to the account for my automobile's transponder even though the Sun Pass system error created the problem. I have since cancelled my Sun Pass account that has always been in good standing. Account #********

      My wife and I travelled to ******* in late May and returned home at the end of May. This sham of an organization has pinned fees and tolls on a car that isn't a model we drove, has a license plate that doesn't match ones we've had, and are on dates where we weren't even in *******. They place the burden of proof (that we don't own a car with that license plate) on us, and they claim a certified letter listing all of the cars we've owned in the past ten years, none of which are even the same make as the car in question, isn't good enough. Instead, they want us to go all the way back to ******* to prove something we've already legally proven, but with standards that make it impossible.This is extortion, plain and simple. If you're ever in *******, don't use SunPass - they're a bunch of crooks that can get away with it because they move the goalposts and make it impossible to prove the simple truth.

      Since no phone number to contact the customer was provided, an email apologizing for the inconvenience was sent to the customer.
      The customer was notified in the email that the toll charges were dismissed and that he is no longer liable for the toll charges associated with the temp tag. My contact information and office hours were provided for further assistance if needed.

      Omg. Have been trying to straighten out my sunpass for two years. I get bills but CAN NOT get into my account online. It says info not there, my transponder doesnt appear. Its a nightmare. Emails never answered. Im in ******* turnpike hades

      I received a text message saying I had an unpaid toll, & to go to their website to avoid excessive late fees. I have never driven in *******. The website is invoicesunpasstolls.com.

      Sun Pass would not send me a refund as I requested . I had an old cc on file and they told me to add a new cc . I did advise I no longer have that old cc and she could not send me a check. She said just add a new cc and they will refund you on that card. I said that makes no since. They refused to listen and sent it to an old card I have no idea that card was still active . They never sent me proff that it was sent. I asked if they can send me email they refused. Also they said refund should take 30 days and then they said 45-60days. After 60 days still no refund , they said card on file took the refund. No one authorized this transaction. This is not legal , if customer is saying send refund in a check form. They used the old card with no authorization from the customer at all and no proff of transaction .

      Sunpass has been sending me invoices for someone else's toll charges for over 2 years. I've called and opened multiple dispute cases and they assured me that they would take care of the situation. On my most recent call, not only did I find out that they had not fully removed the charges made in error, but they sent my account to collections! I asked the manager I spoke with to provide me with the total amount of false charges and refund credits that were added to my account and she told me that she could not do that. She tried to lie and tell me that she did not have access to my invoices, but that I could look them up myself online. After I gave pushback, she finally opened an invoice from two years ago, just to tell me again that she could not see my information. In addition, she did not understand the difference between credits and debits. She tried to tell me that if an amount had parentheses around it, it meant that I was being charged. At the end of my conversation with her, she put me on hold while I was still speaking and transferred me to someone else. It wasn't until 2 hours into the call that someone finally took the time to apologize to me, instead of giving me a generic "I understand what you're saying" This is possibly the worst service I've ever had and it all started with a mistake that Sunpass made.

      I called the SunPass ***** to cancel my account for a vehicle that has been removed from my property. The agent informed me the current balance in my account will be reimbursed to my credit card, and if not, a check will be mailed to my residential address in 45 days.I challenged the 45 days since it is too excessive in days for SunPass to retain my funds. SunPass alleges they must allow this period of time to ensure all pending tolls clear thru the system prior to issuing payment. This statement has no credibility as the world is undergoing a massive growth in technology and efficiency in the information arena. Please task them to reduce the amount of time in returning unused funds to their customers.

      Sunpass, has no **************** Centers, they have Customer Payment Centers. If you call or go to any of these services to pay, then you are ok. If you go to dispute, they won't even listen to you. They avoid answering your questions and concerns to dispute any charges. They avoid helping you to dispute any charges. They want money.Here is my story. After DMV send me a replacement license plate on July 2023, the replaced plate ended up missing. This plate is been used. Charges are invoiced to me. I dispute the charges. I provided DMV *************** Reports, Affidavit, and SunPass refused to stop invoicing me. Now the case is in Collection, without a way to stop SunPass billing me. They said: "as long this plate is out there, and used we will be billing you for it. I am seeking legal help on this matter.

      Sunpass removed my bank account from my account after they said my bank rejected their debit. I contacted my bank and there was never a decline or rejection and there was money in the account. I contacted ********************** and sent them my bank statement and contact information from my bank, I asked SunPass for a rejection code and was never given one. I have had SunPass on automatic debit for years and never had an issue as I take toll roads every day multiple times a day paying hundreds of dollars a month. I am asking that all charges be charged at the SunPass rate and I will pay the balance due immediately.
