      F rated circus run by drunk clowns. We have E-Pass. These fools keep invoicing for unpaid tolls.The invoices were paid.....3 times... And documented even though we HAVE E-Pass. Soooooo is it time to escalate? Yes

      Contacted Sunpass customer service by phone today after a service request submitted to their system online was unsatisfactorily answered and closed out. The answer was a canned response about dynamic tolling and did not fit to my inquiry about being charged multiple times per trip. The agent on the call was great and answered what they could, but nothing to address my original question about a flaw in their stated working of the I-4 Ultimate Express lanes:So, a common route goes from ****** to ************; the overhead sign states a price to Ivanhoe of $.50 (it has always been $.50, never seen any signs change yet for "Dynamic Pricing"). It then charges another $.50 for the two other stations along this route for a total to get to Ivanhoe of $1.50, not $.50.This is both incorrect and misleading: either it should state $1.50 to Ivanhoe on the entrance from ******, or should state $.50 to the next station (Maitland), then at ******** state $.50 to ***********, then $.50 from *********** to Ivanhoe. All signs state Ivanhoe as destination, and are supposed to be for informing incoming traffic, not those already on the express lanes.The FAQs on the I-4 Ultimate website state that overhead signs should state amount to the DESTINATION, and reflect any change in pricing so that drivers can know and decide before they enter, at which point pricing is locked in to that listed destination (not just to the next station along the way).The response to my service request ignored this inquiry to look into and explain this misleading or incorrect system, or to determine if was only affecting my account, and to clarify how system is supposed to work and if in error to correct it (for myself and any other drivers affected), and to issue refunds for incorrectly charged tolls (which in my case are triple what has been stated for my destination).I think this is a seriously concerning issue about how this system functions and could be affecting all drivers. Please correct it. Thanks!

      We spoke with the customer today and provided explanation for the current method of pricing on the *********** lanes. Customer hopes the signage will be more accurate once Dynamic Pricing goes into effect

      I can agree with everyone below. Very poor customer service and an automated system that doesn't understand simple, plain english. Also, this is a forced system because I had no choice but to use the road I traveled on. I paid them more in fees that I used in gas, even at today's prices...

      I asked ******************** was he satisfied with the outcome of his issue w/ the BBB.

      ************************* advised yes, he was satisfied, and he thanked me for my help.

      i then provided my contact information and availability with ******************** for any future assistance.

      I had an account set up for automatic replenishment. I then get an invoice with extra fees added on. I tried to login online to fix it, the account number is wrong. Turns out their emails with your account number in the top right part can either be your actual account number or your invoice account number and the emails DO NOT SPECIFY which account number they're referring to, which just makes everything more difficult and is conducive to misunderstandings. So I call them up, 30 minutes later, they won't waive any extra fees even though I had an account for a year prior to the invoice and they say I did not have automatic replenishment, which I did and I have used automatic replenishment before with them. Overall, the customer service person tried to help, not very nicely, and the experience is negative. I will be avoiding sunpass and their roads as much as possible.

      Very difficult to speak to a person on the phone or communicate with SunPass through their website. Nobody answers the phone and if you can leave a voice message asking for a call back. Nobody phones you back. Their website doesn't recognize your SunPass Transponder number or your account number. ********************** customer service and their website are very disorganized. I think they are overwhelmed with complaints and no longer bother to help anyone.

      They are the worst company I have ever tried to communicate with. How can this business be the hub for travel in *******??? Cannot get a person on the phone. They have changed my mailing address and the transponders I have aren't working.

      **** artists. No way to pay at toll booth. No knowledge of toll and picture taken like you are some kind of criminal with a fee added to it. I hope you get shut down completely. Bye pensacola beach. Better increase all of your prices for the ones who want to come back.

      Had a conflict with Sunpass recently. Been a customer of their product for a long time. I changed bank accounts and I hadnt updated my sunpass from the closed account, retrospectively that was my fault. I used my sunpass no problem, but I have it saved so that before my account hits zero it auto refills from my account. Sunpass tried pulling $10 from the same closed account three times and charged me an insufficient funds charge of $25 each time (all while the funds in my account never hitting zero). When I called sunpass to dispute these charges, their only response was theres nothing we can do and was forced to pay anyway. This has left me sick to my stomach I wish I hadnt payed sunpass because I felt like getting robbed. If theyre not in control of their billing system then Id like a refund from whomever is.
