      No oversight any longer. Sunpass just sends out random invoices to "violators" based on photos of unrelated vehicles with no discernable license tags and then makes up names to go with those tags and sends them to addresses unrelated to either the imagined tag or the imagined name.

      Absolutely horrible. This whole business should be shut down. I waited over 2 hours several times to dispute an expired temporary tag on a vehicle on registered to me. I had the run around so many times, no one here knows how to do their jobs. I had to talk with a supervisor every time I called. Sooooooooo ridiculous. I never want to have to contact this place again.

      I was sent an invoice despite being in another city at the time of the invoice date. On top of that, the photo is eligible on the invoice, so much so that the plate in cannot be read. Also, I have a transponder in that car- so that should have covered any charges if it was in fact my car. How can this be rectified?

      No chance of contacting an actual person for customer service. Charging my account for a plate thats not registered to myself. Had to cancel cc and now trying to have them close the account as they are allowing charge by plate to be posted to my acccount. Picture clearly shows a the plate which is off by a digit to mine in an area I do not live or travel through. Cannot connect to a customer service representative. Only a chat box .

      I sent in a dispute regarding a car I wasnt driving with a license plate not listed on my account and was denied a refund. DO NOT USE SUNPASS. They are scammers. Try any other toll company if you can. Im going to also file a complaint.

      SunPass: The only service where you pay to be frustrated!I bought a transponder, paid for it, and trusted it would last a decent amount of time. What a joke! The device stopped working out of nowhere, leaving me stranded at tolls. When I reported the issue, the company's brilliant solution was to inform me that the transponder was out of warranty and that I had to buy a new one!So lets recap: their product stops working, and Im the one footing the bill. Interesting how the warranty expires faster than the device itself. At least SunPass is efficient at one thing: charging you money. As for everything else... not so much.Summary: If you enjoy paying twice for something that should work the first time, SunPass is perfect for you! ??

      This company is a scam. I used toll - by -plate as described on their website, a service available for rental cars. Twice, it has not worked, and I was billed extra fees from the rental car company. When I reached out they said you cannot use the service for rental cars, which in direct disagreement with their own words on their website.Don't waste your money. Pay cash tolls if you can. As per their website SunPass and Prepaid TOLL-BY-PLATE customers renting a vehicle can have their accumulated tolls during their rental period applied to their prepaid toll account. All they need to do is follow the steps below.Rental Vehicles Account login Log into your account.Account loginAdd the rental vehicles license plate.Account loginSelect start and end date of the rental period.Account *************************** transponder customers: Dont forget to remove the transponder from the vehicle upon return!

      Sunpass Operations sends toll invoices but when try to pay , their website doesn't accept payment. Meanwhile, their unnecessary fees kept adding. I'm about to file a complaint with the BBB.

      For more than 6 years Ive been receiving Toll Enforcement Invoices for a tag that does not belong to me and has never belonged to me. Each time I have to try to get a real person on the phone and once again explain to Sun pass that this is not my tag. This has gone on and on even after being assured multiple times that this issue is fix. Guess what came in the mail today, another toll invoice for a tag thats not mine. Its always the same wrong tag. If you dont go through the hassle of there repeated mistakes they will end up sending you to collections which will be harmful to your credit. Sun pass is looking to be sued. Im tired of the stress and my time wasted for a there repeated mistakes. The invoice is for a Florida tag SAND8AR. This tag which belongs to someone else uses the number 8 instead of the letter B in bar. It also has no space between SAND and 8AR. Over 5 years ago I had to buy a new tag for my car which originally had the tag SAND BAR with a space between the words SAND and BAR was spelled correctly. The money to change the tag was paid out of my pocket as I was tired of dealing with this Sun Pass repeated mistake. But even after changing my tag, Im still receiving Toll Invoices to someone else tag after Sun Pass has been notified way more times than I care to recall. They do not seem to care that this issue hasnt been fix as I was told it would be. Enough is enough. Extremely mad and dissatisfied customer.
