  Charged me 3 times . Message called them for my money back and all they did was give me the running around saying I was going to receive an email from there billing department if it was December 8th it's already going to be ******* so I get to run around and say give it to 3 days every time I call

  We apologize you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.  After reviewing your account, we were able to see that on 12/8/22 you subscribed and searched a number.  You were presented with the information and was also notified that 2 additional features were available on this number.  The first was the location of the device, which you purchased and received the location for $69.63.  The 2nd feature was a detailed phone report indicating the owner of the device along with all of the information of the device owner.  You purchased this report for $59.85.  Your subscription was cancelled and we did not charge the $9.95 cancellation fee.  Per our terms of service, you are not eligible for a refund as you received all of the information you requested.  No further action will be taken on this account.

  There thrives. I signed up for 3 days. Without notice. They took $320 from me that same night which I found the next morning. I've tried 100 times since then to get a refund and they have not returned it or even returned my calls

  I used this service because the same number had called my phone 8 times in 2 months and I had no idea who it was. This service did not perform as promised - satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. I looked up the number and this service could not tell me the owner of the phone number so I cancelled. No where did I see anything stating if you canceled within the 3 days you would be charged $9.95. There was no pop up stating you would be charged $59.85 for a report. The only way I found out about the charges was that I looked on the card charges to see if they put back the $ .95. *** called numerous times and was told they issued a complete refund of $70.75 but I have yet to see it. I used a prepaid debit card issued by the Governor of *******, *******************, who just so happens to be a friend of my husbands. My husband will be contacting Governor **** and is going to see about him putting out a warning to all ******* residents about this company. If I do not receive my refund of $70.75 like they said I would by the end of the week, I will ask Governor **** to see what he can do as well as contacting a family member who is an attorney.

  After further review of your complaint, we were able to determine that you performed a phone search and was provided a notification that a detailed downloadable pdf report was available on the number searched that provided more information.  You purchased the report for $59.85 and received the report via email.  You cancelled the subscription with the 3 day trial which is why the $9.95 cancellation fee was imposed.  Per our terms of service/refund policy, you are not eligible for a refund as you agreed and purchased the pdf report.  Your account has since been cancelled and no further billing will occur.  For further information regarding our terms of service, please visit the website here: https://clicksearch.us/legals

  I am also filing this complaint with BB B because these people falsely advertise number one just like the others have said you go to click on one thing and it automatically charges you not only is that deception it's actually theft can I believe how they're still operating in business stealing money from people like this I'm adamant about getting my money back I don't care if it's under $20 it's my money I was not there for that for them to charge me any reason they need to be criminally charged.

  We apologize you are not completely satisfied.  You paid $.95 for your trial period then cancelled within the 3 day period and was charged $9.95.  You have already been issued a full refund for both transactions totaling $10.90.  You were not charged any additional fee's and your subscription has been cancelled.

  It is very disheartening to see these reviews for Click search but we are all being honest. I had a so called aquitance open accounts with companies on my debit card and these companies all basically do the same thing. The other 3 companies have already refunded my money. I started dealing with this company around the middle of October 2022. I was speaking with ***** but apparently he is not human. Click search was the first company to tell me they were going to refund my money. I was told by "Mavic" that my refund had been processed on October 28th. I have not seen it. In reading all the reviews , I doubt that I will ever see it. They are still answering my phone calls but ***** just shut down. He said he had placed a tracer on my refund. Then everytime I sent an email, there was only silence. The reason I say he may be a Bot is because one review site has pictures of him all over the place and the impression I got was that he was automated. I have still been told over the phone continually that I am due to get the refund but I have never been told if it was processed or not except by *****. I am so fed up with having to call everyday. The responses I get on email seem to be automated also. We have received your email and a customer support specialist will be getting in touch with you shortly. They never have. The person that opened this account is in jail where she belongs. I never did any kind of search with Clicksearch or order any type of report because I had never heard of this company and I wish I never had. The only reason they didn't take out anymore than around $60.00 is because my bank noticed that I had never dealt with this company or they knew more about their business practices. My bank didnt let any more charges go through after the 2nd day they tried to put them through. This was before I knew about it myself.

  The company over charge me for service at end of trial period. I was under able to get money back after three weeks. I had to go to bank and make report. The company kept saying they would give refund in 1-5 days. Dont use the this service fraudulent.

  After further review, we see that you purchased the phone location service for $43.63.  You then cancelled the service within the 3 day period which is why you were charged the $9.95.  In good faith, I have issued you a refund for the cancellation fee of $9.95. Your subscription was cancelled as requested.

  I went to Intelius to search a phone number it costed me .95. This was on November 1, 2022 that same day I got a call from fraud alert at my bank about a $39.95 fee that Click Search tried to withdraw metonymy the account. I told them m that I did not authorize that. I called click search and spoke with **** and was that it was cancelled and a refund would be issued. I have called several times and spoke to different people who told me that a refund was issued and I received emails saying they would trace the refund.. Click Search is a scam!!! They keep giving me the runaround about my refund. I want to file a complaint.

  I have contacted them about my account and they told me that my account was closed. Then a week later they charged my card $43.63 which was unauthorized. The billing department said that they were going to refund me my money but never did. Im filing a police report due to fraud.

  I signed up for a trail offer for 98 cents and my account was charged 300 dollars and then some they nothing telling you the price if u click on something that's stealing money how do you charge someone and they have nothing telling you that if u click on this it will cost u $$$ it's a trail so how they charged me unauthorized funds I noticed it rite away on my bank app and canceled I've been promise a refund for 3 weeks now and still nothing it's not Rite what they are doing to people

  We apologize you are not completely satisfied with the services we provided to you.  After further review, I see that you purchased 2 full comprehensive reports, each for $86.87 for 2 different individuals.  Before you are able to purchase these reports, you were presented with a pop-up explaining the separate charge from your $.95 trial period, and you had to agree to the purchase.  You also purchased, for $59.85, a full detailed comprehensive report for a phone number.  Same situation here, you were presented with a separate pop-up explaining the additional charge.  The $89.85 3 month membership fee I was able to refund in full.  Please allow 2-3 business days for these funds to clear your account, although some banks process the refund quicker.
