  I bought this for what was posted as $.97 and when I looked at my bank statement it said over $70 was taken out of my account by them. When I canceled it and asked a refund they said I would get my refund in 3-5 days. Well that was almost 2 months ago and I still have not received my money back. This is just a ripoff to take money from people. Nothing but a scam. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Company ignores CCPA data deletion requests, wants you to send them your ID. Company is not in compliance with CCPA.

  DO NOT GIVE THIS FRAUDULENT SITE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER !!!!!!!!! This site is 100% complete total BS. They say one search is 95 cents, but then immediately throw more charges on your card and provide ZERO information. I tried to help a friend locate a stolen iPhone, clicksearchpro said they will locate the phone. what they gave me was the iPhone carrier was "MOBILE"....not T-Mobile, not Verizon mobile, not AT&T mobile...just mobile. Well that sure is some useful information. Oh yeah, there was no location information. Giving one star makes me want to throw up....

  I wouldn't recommend anyone using click search they took two withdrawals out of my account I contacted customer support and ******* said 3-5 business days if have my refund in my account this is April 4 th ok today may 16 nothing still I've emailed and emailed and called no response at all nothing no refund nothing ******* lied to me about the refund and now I can't even get answers for nothing I've been charged $69 and $59 the same night I cancelled my subscription then I never even received any money back for them taking out my money when it was a free trial period took away from my autistic son his special needs he has to have he had to sit without because of them two transactions they withdrew he had to sit without diapers and wipes and shampoo u know how badly that affects someone well thanks to this company for taking from my disabled son who had nothing due to them taking my money that provides his special needs.i want my refund I mean it

  This company was advertising a free one day trial for 0.95cents to locate a person location by there name or cell phone number. So when I did the trial they immediately charge my debit card the 0.95cents but they also charge me a monthly of $49,95cents. I call and cancel in about a hour on the same day and the customer service rep. that I talk to told that that i would not be charge the $49.95 because I had cancel with in the trail period. Now they will not refund my money saying that I use the service and received information. All that I got was the basic information, I did not get the full report because from the way the advertisement read it would cost more to get the full report. I have emails showing that I cancel the free trail and was the same day. The date that this occurred on was 02/28/2023. The trail and the cancelation took place in about a two hour time period.

  I would not recommend this company. I have been trying to get my refund back since January 17, 2023 and was told I would but after numerous phone calls and emails I have been told i wouldn't receive one. This company is misleading about their services. I would NOT use this company site.

  I was one of the lucky ones with this "so called" company. I contacted my bank and filed a fraud complaint. Clicksearch took .95, then ****, and finally 6**** all within 2 TWO MINUTES from my account. I am writing this review in hopes of helping others also get their money back from these scammers. If I could give them -stars I certainly would. Every complaint I have read is exactly as it happened to me. Don't give up on getting your money back from these crooks people! They deserve to be shut down! Sincerely,***************************

  They took multiple charges of $59 $69 and $89 from me. It was supposed to be .95 cents.
