    Well it was supposed to be $1 and within 3 minutes they took $71 out of my account I immediately locked my card cancelled their ******** subscription and contacted them through email and phone calls was told I was gonna get a refund and here I am 18 days later and still no refund if I could give negative stars for this review well that's exactly what I would do

    First of all I agree to .95 for one day search and that did not help.Then my bank called me about additional charges which I did not agree to. I have made several calls to have them remove the charges. I was told they would and this has not happen.

    This company is a joke. I went to look up to see if a friend had a warrant and paid .95 cents to view report then was prompted to view full report. Well under the button for full report its states ***** will be charged to the card recently used. I declined the full report and this so called establishment took my money anyways. I called when the money was pulled two weeks ago and asked for a refund. The company then stated I would receive a refund in 3/5 business days. After 7 business day I contacted the company regarding my refund. They could not give me a straight answer and I just keep being told it will be refunded within 3-5 business days. We are now on business day 10. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. They are thiefs!!
