  They over charged me! The website price was advertised as under a $1 per search so when they charged me $40 I was confused. I reached out and then was informed via email that was a 3 day trail price and I was to be charged an additional $95 per month. Something I was not informed of when I signed up. I was only told this when I reached out after they charged me. It is false advertising! I called to dispute the charges and they emailed me as to avoid all human contact. They refuse to talk on the phone to even sort this out! When I went to cancel the subscription the website then put on 3 more additional charges that was not there before I canceled. I just want my money back and for them to not charge me all these additional charges for canceling!

  I looked into your complaint and was able to see that on 10/2/22 your performed a search on a number.   You then were presented with a pop-up screen that advised that there was additional information on the number and that you could purchase a full comprehensive report, which you did for $86.87.  Your subscription then billed 3 days later for $39.95.   I see that the cancellation fee of $9.95 was charged on 10/30/22 which was incorrect and I have issued this refund in full for $9.95.  You contacted our support team on 10/21/22 requesting clarification of the charges, which we provided you.  There was no further contact until now.  Since you failed to call us, email us or login to your own dashboard within the 3 day trial, you were billed the monthly subscription of $39.95.  Per our terms of service, you are not eligible for a refund.  For further review of our terms of service, you can visit this link:  *****************************

  I tried a free trial for less 3 hours I was then charged 89.95 2 days later additional 86.85 + 9.95 for canceling within 3 months. I have numerous emails saying that I am supposed to be reimbursed in 1 to 3 days and it's now been over 30 days+!!! This company needs To be held Accountable for *******!! Do not use click search

  We apologize you are not completely satisfied.  After further review, I issued you a full refund for the 3month subscription fee of $89.85.  The $9.95 cancellation fee is non refundable as the subscription was cancelled within the trial period and the $86.87 is the full comprehensive report is also non refundable as the report was purchased and received.  Your subscription has been cancelled and no further billing will occur.

  These people are **** ARTISTS! I did a 3 day trial for .95 but did not see anything so immediately I canxelked but they charged my account 9.95 then 59.95 unauthorized! I called them and they said they would refund. This was a month ago. I've been calling almost everyday to no avail. They lied and said they refunded it but that was a lie. Then they keep saying they will forward my complaint to the billing dept and a supv from the billing dept will call me but no one never has. They have done so many others the same.

  They took money from my account when they should not have and knew they shouldnt have. They are just trying to find people that wont notice that they took theyre money. They will not return it. You get the exact same email everything you place a call to them asking where your money is. Then they will not recount after that point. They should be closed down for stealing because thats what they are doing !

  Hello ***** *******, my apologies that you are not completely satisfied with your searching results, however, you search a telephone number and was advised that for a fee of $59.85 there were a detailed, comprehensive report on the number showing name, address and further information.  You purchased the pdf report which you received.  When you were presented with the information that our system located more information, you agreed to the purchase of the report for $59.85.  You paid the $.95 for a 3 day unlimited searches but did purchase the pdf report.  You cancelled your service immediately during the 3 day trial period which is why you were billed the $9.95 cancellation fee.  You can visit the refund policy section on our website for the clarification here:  ***********************************

  They are thieves I canceled and they took 0.95cents then **** then **** then 8**** and they told me they refunded my money and I still have not seen my money and this is going on 5 weeks now and they also told me they put a tracer on it and never got back with me and I message everyday and I get the same message that the billing department has received my message and they will get in touch with me and I never hear from anybody they know they did not refund my money and what is so funny about it is that when I s*** it up to find my phone that went missing that it did not give me the information I ask for it came straight out of my account immediately and you know that had my bank information so all they had to do is put it straight back into my account so they are frauds and need to be shut down

  I had canceled my order with click search on the same day as ordered. They stated they received my cancelation and my refund will be deposited back in to my back within 1 to 5 business days, depending on my bank. It has been over a month and still no refund. I have been through all the channels with click search and still no refund. I keep getting the run around. This company seems to NOT hold up to its policies!! I have even stopped receiving emails back from the the original person handling my issue. Phone calls, and numerous emails....this company seems to not be trusted!!!!

  They don't do nothing but rip you off you go and pay for your trial and the moment that you hit cancel they charge your card for the full amount I have been waiting for almost a month to get my $110 refund back every time I call I get the same story that the head of accounting department will call me back they're on top of it never to this day have I been able to talk to any other person than customer service who gives me the same story just a different person daily they won't give you the number to the corporate office they won't let you talk to no one else

  Since our service was used in more of a capacity than simply searching, you received detailed reporting on all of the names and number you searched. For this reason, our refund policy does not allow a refund as your used the services and received the information.

  Scam! I wish I could give them 0 stars. As with other customers I received several unauthorized charges and spent many hours, emails and phone conversations with them with no resolution. I had my bank take care of it. BEWARE!!!!
