  They deserve no stars this is a scam company I have been waiting 2 months on a 69$ refund they took without my permission do not use them

  They took money from the deceased and still have not returned the money.... the person passed away on November 16th 2022, they took money out of his account on 11/29/2022, Once I received noticed that they had taken the money out I contacted them right away to see if I could get a refund as he had already passed and I was unaware that he even had anything like this. I have been in constant contact with them since to have the money refunded and yet all I get from customer service is that the issue has been noted and the billing specialist will be in touch with me within 24 hours, however I still don't get a call back or an email and I am still waiting on the refund. Its been 3 months

  Have never heard of this company. They took money out of my account and I have been fighting with them and trying to get my refund. Have been told to wait 3 to 5 business days we have exceeded those days and still no refund. I'm to the point of getting ugly and nasty but that's not right. They took money without authorization and have asked since the 5 business days to give me my money back and have not seen results. My patience is running thin with this company and I would like some help.

  This company is a scam. They have covered themselves by saying you click these boxes for all these extra charges. Fine - lets go that route. They state I apparently clicked boxes as they stated on 1 number search. I reached out since the information they provided me on my daughters number was completely incorrect and inaccurate.They (*****) agreed to give a refund due to providing me with incorrect information. It has been over a month and still no refund. Company will not confirm the refund amount though it was requested more then once but have repeatedly confirmed the refund was issued. Each time stating I need to wait 3-5 business days (which we have far exceeded) Then the excuse of the bank and refund times. My bank has confirmed there is nothing pending. Hence, nothing was issued still. Its unfortunate a business is ran this way providing false information but taking others money. I did not receive accurate services I paid for since information provided was for/in another state after I had to contact law enforcement that confirmed it was incorrect.Very much a scam business.

  Clicksearch is a scam. State its .95 cents then charge a ton more. Then *** been told 3 times that my refund is being processed but here I am 2 months later just getting scammed

  These people are nothing but organize thieves!!! I signed up for the 95 cent three day trial on that same day I called them back and canceled my three day trial. Then after checking my back statement I noticed they charged me three different times. One was for 95 cents one for 69.53 and one for 89.85. The charges was taken out of my account on Dec 17th 2022 and here it is Jan 9th 2023 and still haven’t got my refund that they said they would refund me. I don’t know why they let these thieves stay in business with all of the complaints I have read about this bogus company? Bottom line is I want my money back!!!

  I paid $1 to conduct a background check and $500 was removed from my account. Its been 5 days I call , email and the hang up . No refund

  This is definitely fraudulent. I entered my information for phone search for .95 and then I noticed it said a $1 so I wasn't alarmed about those amounts however, mins later an amount of $70.58 was taken from my cashapp card so I locked my card and contacted cashapp support, and again this company tried to take $80.53 in which declined. I called the number on their website and left a voice-mail. I'm hoping cashapp will not allow the payment to process as it is showing pending in transaction status but debited from my total on card.

  On 12/31/22 you subscribed and searched a number for $.95.  You were presented with the search finding and purchased a detailed person report for $69.63.  The total purchase is $70.58, which is exactly what you were billed.  No further billing occurred and your subscription was cancelled.

  We are not sure why you are claiming a "scam". You subscribed on 12/27/22 for $.95. You search 5 different people, received all 5 detailed information and then you purchased a phone report for $15.95.  You cancelled your subscription and no further charges or billing occurred.
