    While it seems the way this business operates is within the law their practices are extremely malicious. They are a “resale” business that pays heavily into advertisement so they appear in your google search. By “resale” I mean they purchase tickets at face value and then mark the price up at least 100% - 250% from what I have seen. Then they slap you with a service fee as well, another ~$25.

    Then they transfer you the ticket electronically which is now a ticket you cannot resell and I’m not sure if you can even transfer it.

    They also conveniently place a check box to agree to their terms which includes that all sales are final. They know nobody reads those things and they’re betting you won’t. That way you won’t have a damn clue that all sales are final until it’s too late.

    The customer service line is an automated line which basically tells you there are no refunds and reiterates they are a resale company so you won’t get your tickets immediately but will get them some time prior to the event.

    The most malicious thing I witnessed was a red text on the tickets I was interested in stating something like, “tickets going fast, popular event, buy now quick!” It’s been 3 days and the venue itself still has tickets for sale at 1/3 the price I paid. The red text is also no longer on the website for those tickets.

    The owners are clearly crooks toeing the legal line. Their goal is to scam people out of their money.

    Terrible company to work with, you get the worst tickets for 3x the price the tickets!!!! I did this by accident and I regret the day i clicked the enter key!!

    Just had the same issue as everyone else here. I was directed to Tickets-Center's site from a reputable website. Paid what felt like a lot for tickets, but I don't buy tickets often so I choked it down. Then went back through the artist's page to find an additional ticket for the show and found out I paid about $100 more per ticket for the first two than for the third. Never again! Buy directly through links from the artists' pages, people! And I couldn't get hold of customer service to find out why the tickets were so much more. I was hoping I had accidentally purchased the VIP passes, but looks like I paid extra for absolutely nothing and with no way of getting a partial refund for the overpayment. ShowClix is a much better site!

    A complete scam! I get to the vendor to find out they're not legit tickets and to contact them to issue a refund all while getting another ticket that was way cheaper! I contacted them and explained them what the vendor told me and they said because I didn't print my tickets that I won't get a refund. I called the vendor back and they said even if I had these fraud tickets printed out, that they would not take them. So I had to dispute it with my bank and hope I will get my money back!

    I bought roger waters tickets from them in june and concert is in 5 days. I have emails with their promise to solve it by 10th so i had to do a $840 charge back for 2 tickets which were i bet overcharged $200 for both.

    Ticketmaster sells through them to cut out scalpers and make what they make
    Claim is artist makes more, yeah right, they keep all but the band's share, just found a well to screw resellers and rip us off over supposed supply and demand.

    There's no excuse for the ticket holders to not email my eticket link. Tickt-center had zero issues emailing me.

    I suspect because of their no refunds (how does their Guarantee work if they won't refund?)

    Thank God i used Amex and have all the correspondence so they can't say i lied. Awesome. And my bach charge took 24 hours.

    I mean hell, they were ready to rip me off enough to take a very nice vacation. Was hoping to see Waters though. Super great seats and day a mere few days is far too late after3 months ago having purchased them.

    StubHub i have used and Ticktmaster is guaranteed. Also they probably font scalp their on tickets like these 3rd party sites

    Why have they not been shut down and more importantly how is it there is no class-action lawsuit in progress, or at least not one of which I am aware? I was scammed out of $400 and there is absolutely no recourse.

    Was royally ripped off. I'm embarrassed because I'm normally the guy who scoffs at those who fall for scams like this. I'm humbled. But yeah, I paid about 300% (not an exaggeration) above face value for 2 general admission tickets to a simple farm-team baseball game. I was in a hurry so I just bought 'em without doing too much research. I can't believe the staggering lack of integrity at Tickets-Center.com. Wicked sad, and totally evil.

    I am so angry at this website. My wife was redirected here while searching for Cirque du Soleil tickets, thinking she was following directions on the flyer/advertisement. By the time I realized what was going on, we went directly to Ticketmaster and found tickets half the cost that were far better seats. Very disappointing that a company like this can do business under the guise of the "official" ticket outlet for these events. We will be disputing the charge.

    DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Fraud, fraud, fraud. Where is the ZERO stars option? Their Google search ads that lead you to think you are ordering from the venue, while charging 2x+ the face value price of buying direct from the venue. I called IMMEDIATELY after placing the order to cancel it and was told they were unable to do so because the 'tickets had already been procured.' Was also told the price was due to 'demand', while there are plenty of seats left at 1/2 the price for the show I purchased. Also was told that I 'agreed to the terms' at purchase, which were definitely not clearly presented. Of course, they were happy to offer to resell the tickets for me if I wasn't happy with the price. BBB - please put these THIEVES out of business.
