  They let scamp artists use their site. Lisa Hill sold me tickets and charged when I used my Credit card for Village Theather a horrible amount over what the tickets were worth. Do not use this service.

  I feel like I was scammed. With a clock ticking at the top this website told me tickets were selling out. I thought I was on a different website and ended up buying tickets from them. My tickets ended up being in the last row of the theater and I could have bought them direct from the theater and been just a few rows back from the stage for the same money. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!!!!

  All I can say is this is an extortion site. When going to the Phillies baseball site this is where it sent me and as I had not ever purchased tickets anywhere beopfre I thought it was legit. I have now found out that the price I paid was double the cost on other sites. They would not refund the purchase. Expensive lesson to learn. BUYER BEWARE. There are way more affordable sites to purchase tickets. This should be illegal.

  Negative 0 stars! This IS a SCAM. I purchased 3 tickets for an event in late June. I was charged for the tickets and still waiting for the email with the tickets after a few days. Nothing yet. I tried clicking the “Contact Us” and “ Order Status” button on the confirmation emails I received and they did nothing. First RED flag. I then went to the sellers website. I was connected to a chat bot that only tried to reassure me that the tickets would be sent. I was told I would get them up to 2 HOURS prior to the event start. What??? I would not have bought them if that were the case. They informed me that I agreed to those terms before I bought them. Lies! I would have never bought them if that were the case. That is when I came here and found so many other complaints about this seller. I paid with PayPal and have submitted a claim got a refund on a fraudulent company.

  I went to the theater box office website. While attempting to purchase tickets , I was unknowingly transferred to this company's website and the tickets were purchased at 4 times the amount. There was no indication visible on my ipad screen that I was not on the theater box office website. Additional pressure is applied in Pop up screens FALSELY stating that tickets are selling out fast and a timer. Because I assumed I was on the box office site and this was a BIG name artist I thought that was the actual going rate for her tickets. Also the transaction confirmation doesn't give seat #s just section and row so I don't know if i will even receive the tickets. I contacted the company to refund and they state all sales are final. They suggested I sell the tickets to someone else.

  Zero stars. They use predatory methods to get customers and price gouge you. Less than one hour and a half after ticket sales opened, they found me and charged triple for seats. They also won't send you tickets until two days before the event. Awful customer service.

  Terrible scam artist company forcefully made me take parking I didn’t agree to . I was told it was very close parking to Nissan stadium and it totally is one block away . I tried to resolve it and it went nowhere. Just a warning please be careful Using this company they are a scam company selling for other people . Literally told me that I have to wait 7 days after concert is over to be resolved . Of course they aren’t gonna resolve . Please do not ever use this company

  just ripped me off on tickets for the NCAA lacrosse tournament 2025. They sell what they do not have.That is fraud.I am going after them.

  In the beginning of April, I bought tickets to a MLB game on May 19th. It said on the email that May 18th, the day before the game, was the estimated arrival date. This made me very anxious because they were expensive tickets. I was worried they would not arrive on time. When I called their customer service to track my order, they were very patient and understanding. They told me that it was common for them to wait until it is closer to the event date to send the tickets. I was still nervous, but not as much as I was before. Fortunately, I did receive the tickets on the estimated date. My only complaint is that I wish I didn't have to wait for so long. And although everything went smoothly, I am still unsure if I would use this service again. If given the choice, I feel would rather go through service where I would not have to wait until the day before the actual event to receive official the tickets

  SCAM they lied about ticket prices, up charged us $100 more than the ticket price. Advertise a Broadway play Beetlejuice when it was a children’s interpretation dance.
