    Pretty much the sme fool story as everyone else. Thought I was buying tickets directly from the Blue Claws minor league team because it popped up first on my search and was made to look like the actual website. Paid about 2.5 times the actual ticket price, plus fee. THEN -- and this is the kickker--never got the email to transfer my tickets. And customer service chats were utterly useless. They kept sending me links to the team's actual site to purchase tickets. Then basically gave up and closed the chat. We managed to go to the game because the awesome Blue Claws ticket office helped me out and gave me other tickets. If it was a larger organization or sold out event I would've overpaid for an event I couldn't even attend. Tickets-center.com is BAD NEWS.

    Just like all the other reviewers I want to warn fans do not purchase tickets from this broker. Unfortunately I went through Ticketmaster to purchase tickets to a music event I really wanted to see. Ticketmaster diverted me to this third party broker. Ticketmaster emailed me 4 weeks in advance to the show stating the venue for the band had changed but not to worry my tickets will be good at the new venue. The very next day ticket-center refunded me for the tickets stating the event was canceled. In doing quick research on the web I did not see that the band had cancelled. I tried to contact ticket center by phone but they have no options to resolve issues and no live person to speak to, but of course. Chat notified me they would get back in 72 hours. What a joke. Called Ticketmaster and was told the show was not cancelled just switched to a different venue and it was sold out. Ticketmaster refused to do anything about it stating third party broker. What a circus. I emailed ticket -center customer service-to complain. I received a snarky reply from Howard stating the event was canceled. I kept responding to customer service telling them they were lying the band did not cancel. Finally a rep admitted the venue was canceled not the event. The emails were snarky and not customer oriented whatsoever. I had to go to stub hub and purchase tickets again. Ticket -‘center bumped me because the new venue was a lot smaller and they couldn’t handle the overflow. They won’t admit that but that’s the dirty business. They think the general pop are idiots. The new tickets cost me $200 more than the original. If at all possible avoid these dirtbag dirty dealers

    Complete rip off. They will charge you 3x the amount, and then when you call for a refund they will tell you “too bad you must sell the tickets yourself.” HORRIBLE way to treat hard working people.

    Too bad there is not a - 1, 2, 3. Scumbag scalpers is what they are. I was so stupid!! Ordered two tickets for a play and they could not provide seating chart or tell me what tickets I had orders, just rows J-P or something like that. I paid $388.60 for two tickets to a local play. I called them right back and told them I needed to cancel the tickets. They refused even though they had not sent me anything yet. I asked for a supervisor and was told they didn't have a direct number. I told the girl to go get one and let them talk to me on her phone. Her response was there were no supervisors there. I mentioned that with all the talking in the background, there had to be someone watching over you thieves and then she said the supervisors were not allowed to talk to the customers. Company policy don't ya know. I asked her what city they were in. Not allowed to tell. She kept repeating the same crap even though I asked her to stop because I knew she was lying. Asked her what city they were in. Oh no, can't give out that information. I said I know you are in a foreign country. Finally gave up and called my bank to stop payment. Paid $77.00 for two tickets from the theater. That was a $310 markup. AVOID THESE BUMS AT ALL COSTS. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!

    When purchasing tickets for a sporting event, I realized the next day that the seats were on the wrong side of the stadium. I called Tickets-Center and they said the only remedy is to resell the tickets. Attempts to resell on Ticketmaster stalled when several attempts were made to provide banking information. Called Tickets-Center for clarity and assistance. Customer service was unable to provide assistance beyond my previous attempts. When a supervisor’s help was requested, the agent told me “no because your request does not pertain to this call” and she hung up on me. I am back at square one, looking for a phone number for TicketMaster. Beware of human error.

    They somehow came up when I was searching for an event through the venue. I realized 30 seconds too late that it wasn’t ticket master after I saw the total for the tickets. My credit card company was unable to help. I was able to get better seats through ticket master for almost 200 less. Don’t purchase from this company! I would give zero stars but it’s not an option!
