  The website is deceptive. It looks similar to Ticketmaster and immediately comes up in a google search. We looked for Pantages Theater and this was the first link that came up for the tickets. Looks identical to Broadway Hollywood where you get tickets. Landing on this page was my error. The ticket prices were double that of the actual price on Ticketmaster. The $60.00 tickets were were almost double in price. What was $316.00 for 5 tickets on Ticketmaster was $586.00 on this Ticket-Center website (in a less ideal section). The time for the ticket was incorrect. We elected for the 8:00 pm show and got the 2:00 pm show after being redirected on the site. I contacted Ticket-Center (which was an awful experience) to try and change the time immediately after getting the receipt. No more than 5 min. I was told no changes could be made, it was final. We would not be in the area to attend at 2:00 pm and were willing to pay a fee to change the time. They said there was absolutely no resolution and the tickets would be provided the day before the show. I could resell them on that day. Needless to say, there was no way to contact the 3rd party and Ticket-Center was unwilling to the change the time and just ended our conversation. We had to buy our tickets through Pantages and they were the same seats but for 8:00 pm and were almost $300.00 dollars cheaper. We lost out on the money since we could not get any support from Ticket-Center.com. We bought the additional tickets because our close friend is supporting her family as her dad battles kidney failure with no positive outlook. We wanted this to be a short reprieve and for that we made financial sacrifices to put a smile on her face, if even for a moment, by purchasing ticket and getting stuck with 5 tickets for a time that cannot be attended. Ticket-Center.com is a) deceptive with their sales (selecting a date and time and having it be incorrect), and b) unwilling to work with customers.

  This is the biggest scam I have ever been victim of.. $103 for 30 bucks worth of tickets. Run. Run like the wind. Absolute garbage. Lengthy phone call with non-english speaking rep. She kinda said "bummer" and that was that. I feel like a dumb ass for being scammed by these crooks.

  Complete SCAM! Purchased 4 tickets to an event on Mother’s Day, last minute so was willing to pay higher price for a gift. Showed up at venue and was canceled. Contacted Tickets-Center.com for refund and the told me the show was reported as taking place so no refund. Provided documents and verification they did not care. Reported to bank and currently in dispute….. they told the bank that I had 10 days to return (mobile tickets) for refund when they requested, but they have never requested…………Lies! I thought they were a legit ticket resale company. Their NOT! Don’t be fooled like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??

  As soon as I saw the screen that said "Thank you for your purchase" I realized immediately that I had mistakenly clicked to purchase the tickets. However, there was no way to undo the mistake. The company totally stonewalled me when I called to ask them to do so. The website was confusing. I did not think I was actually purchasing the tickets, was thinking I was just finding out a final total. Each previous page seemed to change the total with an additional fee or charge. After many pages that said the tickets were not purchased yet, I thought this was one more like that. I was surprised that the next page said thank you for your purchase. I did not want the tickets, but Customer Service consistently refused to consider my request, saying they could not do so because of (legal sounding words that did not mean anything when strung together). Do NOT use this reseller unless you want to pay 2-3 times what the tickets would cost at the actual venue.

  Avoid this company at all costs! I had mistakenly believed that I was purchasing tickets through Ticket Master, but they had managed to spoof the search engine. Once I was too far into the process I could only go forward and hope for the best. My mistake. The tickets actually were sent and accepted by me, only to find out that they were "recalled" without notification. I continued to receive emails as if everything was still "on target". When I checked everything prior to the event I discovered that I had no tickets. When I called and asked them about it, they said that they would contact the seller and get everything taken care of. After 2 weeks and about 10 calls, the event came to pass without my tickets being delivered. When I said I wanted to request a refund, I was told the refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled or in agreement with the seller. I told them I would take this up with my credit card company and the person on the phone advised against that and even said that it could end up unfavorable for me.

  They charged me 100$ extra for a ticket price of 60$ they are a scam and I want my refund back. There is no option to sell these tickets at that same price I can get way better tickets. I want the full refund for the ticket they are scammers

  Thought I was buying from the venue--tricked me into paying three times what the tickets should have been. Could have gotten much cheaper tickets and BETTER SEATS direct from the venue.

  I purchased tickets for a local minor league baseball game. Not only did they charge me 111 dollars for tickets worth 22 dollars but when I received the tickets they were in the wrong section, all the way at the back of the park, even though I clicked on and clearly wanted tickets behind the dugout. I called customer service only to get the run around. This site is a scam.
