    This company hides behind their status as an intermediary “connecting customers to ticket sellers” to avoid being responsible for anything. They use an off-shore call center for “customer service.” The agents informed me that they cannot connect you to anyone who actual works at the company and they have no authority or ability to do basically anything. I will never use this company again and will be sure to relate my horrible experience with this company to everyone I know.

    HORRIBLE! They charged me $247 for tickets that cannot be used. They said tickets will be sent UPS for an event the same day so I called to cancel and they would not. I found tickets elsewhere for mobile delivery at Half the cost. They refuse to refund/cancel after 5 minutes of the transaction being processed. I did not proceed w transaction and they wouldn't refund and are still mailing the tickets that cannot be used.

    I bought theater tickets through Tickets-Center.com thinking it was the theater site. I ordered tickets for August 20, 2022. I received an email right away showing I had purchased the tickets with directions on how to get them electonically. However, it showed the tickets were for August 19, 2022. I immediately called their customer service and was told their system never makes mistakes so I got what I ordered and all sales were final. They inferred I was lying about ordering the tickets for August 20. Their " suggestion was for me to resell the tickets on their site if I did not want them. What a scam!

    They charged me more than double for tickets they had purchased off of ticketmaster. The purchase price for each tickmaster ticket was 75$ each and they sold them to me for 192$ each. That's scalping in my book.
    Also I Google searched ticketmaster and they came up as the first result a misleading ad.

    Absolute scam. They set up their site to look like the official site from a Google search. They charge over double what the venue charges. The reason they take a few hours to get you your official tickets is because they take your payment then go order the tickets through the real site then send you what you could have bought yourself. Yea my bad I didn’t recognize the difference. Don’t make my mistake and get scammed.

    This company spends much money on search optimization as they are one of first listings that pop up on Google search of concerts and they clearly spend little money on customer serving. How is a company with no business ethics allowed to continue to function and can't even file complaint with BBB. Paid $100 for tickets with face value of $39.50 and they presented event as actual artist and not cover band for artist.

    I tried to cancel because I had the wrong venue. They said that because I confirmed my ticket purchase, they could not cancel or refund. This was before I knew that they were charging 35 dollars on tickets i could buy for 9.00 direct at the venue. Therefore the profit they are making dictates the no refund policy! simple greed.....even the confirmation is a phoney reason because the confirmation prices is part of the communication process. If you will recall you had to confirm your order before talking to them..this is a deceptive setup...to get your money

    Total scam. They trick you into buying overpriced tickets, and good luck actually getting the tickets. You can't sell them or transfer them or get a refund. And by the time you find out it's too late to dispute it with your credit card.

    Could put zero stars. I ended up paying $345 for two tickets that should have cost $71. A total scam!
