    Tickets were jacked up over 200% I realized my mistake too late. They don't do returns. I wish I didn't live in a country that allows businesses like this to thrive.

    This business leeches on people not being careful enough, because if anyone takes the time to be careful and read and understand all the fine print, they would see that this is a scalping business that price gouges resale tickets, with mark up of 2-3x or more. This should not be a legitimate business, as no one would willing choose to pay 3x the venue's own cost of a ticket if they knew better. They are not providing tickets that are marked up due to limited supply, either, which would make Some economic sense. No, they inflate the
    cost of tickets which could be purchased legitimately at a fair price, because they can. Shame on them for taking advantage of people to make money. No refund policy, tickets come in someone else's name, with someone else's credit card info (last 4 digits)-- extremely sketchy and terrible business practices. Do NOT purchase anything through them.

    A friend just bought tickets through them. She paid $400 for $200 worth of tickets. A TOTAL RIPPOFF
    Buyer beware. Also know that they San substitute "comparable" tickets any time they want.
    This is the worst site you can buy from!!!!! Really, don't do it.

    NO STAR
    Thought I was buying tickets online from The Kennedy Center for Hamilton play and found the price for the two tickets was $628.11 and when the email arrived with the tickets the price on each ticket $99.00 . I would classify Tickets Center . Com as a must be avoided forever. These folks are taking advantage of those of us who rarely attend any events. The main feedback I have is I will never purchase any tickets online ever again. So take the $430.11 and know you have taken away any business any honest ticket agents may offer. I will contact my states office of consumer fraud to investigate Ticket Center.Com .

    I had no idea that I was redirected to their website. I had gone to the official venue website, and was sent to this place.... The prices were JACKED up, but I thought they were the venue prices. Then, with service and delivery fees amounted to $85 for two tix. Almost the price of a ticket. Because I didn't buy insurance, I can't get a refund. This place is ridiculous!

    DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. period. No one at customer service can help. I spoke with Frank. I am not sure why they even have a customer service line. Do not use.

    Scammers who cheat Senior Citizens on a fixed income. Didn't realize in time and ended up paying nearly $500 for 2 tickets marked $67 each when we finally got them. Heartless greedy bastards will totally ruin our enjoyment of an event we were greatly looking forward to and cause us to scrip on many other expenses.

    We thought we were buying tickets from the venue. We are now being told that we will be contacted an hour before the concert to meet some stranger within 2 miles of the venue. This is a TOTAL SCAM!.

    If I could give them zero stars I would. Totally deceptive practices. I logged onto the venue for an upcoming play and clicked on the link for tickets for Hamilton. The link took me to the Tickets-Center website for purchase. Foolish me, I proceeded with a purchase assuming this was the company the theater was doing business with. I was so excited to finally be able to see this play, I let my normal cautious nature fly out the window. Tickets are marked up, impossible to contact anyone, and their site just connects to computerized responses. I can't believe I did not research them before plunking down $700, for tickets that apparently don't exist and if they do they are more than 3 times the current price from Ticketmaster. I hope someone learns from my mistake and pays close attention to the site they are being directed to. I've contacted my credit card company to see if I have any options and to report this company.
