    This was the worse experience of my life. Ticket prices so high and you do not know price till the end. Customer service hard to get ahold of. You can never speak to a higher up. Ordered tickets on 6/26/22 and no tickets yet.

    Zero starts if I could give it. The site is a scam 1000 percent. charging 200% more than the tickets actually cost. Not taking receipt of the tickets and still cannot get a refund. Customer service is a joke. The refuse to let you talk to a supervisor. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

    This website is a giant scam. They upcharge the tickets by a ton and give you the impression your are going through a legit site. I was able to get better tickets through the actual venue for more than $500 less than I paid through this site. They won't refund anything, and make it extremely difficult to get customer service. I am so mad that I didn't do my research more thoroughly before purchasing from these guys - they play on the excitement of consumers and make it seem like you have limited time to purchase before tickets sell out.

    I paid $261.50 for tickets that unfortunately I did not realize had a face value of $39.00. Do the math. Certainly they don’t have many repeat customers. Beware!

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR TRIPLE THE PRICE.

    MY HUSBAND WAS SUPPOSE TO GO ON TICKTMASTER TO PURCHASE TICKETS AND HE ACCIDENTLY WENT TO THIS WEBSITE AND PURCHASED THEM BY ACCIDENT AND WHEN I CALLED THEM IMMEDIATELY TO CANCEL WITHIN 5 MINS OF THE CHARGE THEY TOLD ME NO REFUND. NOW I HAVE TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK AND ALERT THE WORLD OF THIS COMPANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!! STAY AWAY FROM THE WEBSITE!!!

    DO NOT BE SCAMMED!!
    Same as others for the Cirque du Soleil Allegria tickets. This site claims to be legit. It is 3rd party sellers that completely gouge. I paid $691 for 4 tickets that should have been $59/piece plus service fees. I wish I would have seen the BBB ratings, because this company “stays within all of the guidelines” to not be prosecuted, but allows people to scalp tickets on their website. Not sure how they are still in business. Absolutely disgusting trying to resolve this with the company. As long as they stay within state guidelines and can’t be prosecuted, they will continue ripping off unsuspecting purchasers.

    I have tickets for Kenny Chesney that was supposed to happen in 2020. Today, 8/27/22, is the concert and they still haven't given me the replacement tickets. A month ago they said I would get the tickets any day up to 3 days prior the concert. Never happened. I have been calling customers service multiple times a day for the past 3 days, and no resolution. Last I found out is that my original seats have been sold to other people and they are no longer valid. I've paid over 600.00 for these tickets and has been nothing but frustration and waste of time to get it work. Never again I will buy tickets from this company. I will do all that I can to diminish their reputation.

    Thought I was buying tickets from the venue for Steve Trevino- FALSE . And when I did get the tickets it is WAY WAY OVER PRICED - No where did it tell me the face value and again I thought I was buying tickets for a venue at face value; UNTIL I received the tickets and saw the price. The two tickets were $66.00 face value (33 each) and they charged me $302.00 . I hope Beckham Carlson whose name was on my tickets receive backlash for his gouging and greed.

    I wished I would have searched BBB first. I hope that I am refunded if not I again wish backlash upon the GREED of others.

    I tried calling and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE !!!!!!!!! This should be a -5 review if there was an option.

    When I use Google search to by tickets from Chicago Symphony Orchestra, this scammer is very smart to use a web link to mislead me to believe I am buying tickets from Chicago Symphony Orchestra. For a $45 ticket, they charge me $145. They are very smart to cover themselves legally to not giving you a refund. Watch out for the links you are clicking if you are using Google searches to buy tickets.
