  Tickets-center, are a complete fraud, and they steal people's money. I purchased 2 tickets, GA on the lawn of WorlTrap. The normal price for those tickets is #32. These folks cell the same tickets for $75 per piece, they charged us $44 for service which they were not able to justify, and $7 delivery, which they also were not able to justify. They are burned to ashes and gone from the planet earth. Also, there is no person to talk to. Everything is completely automated with limited understanding to empathize with humans. Cannot wait to see them one day at court.

  Scam BEWARE! There is no warning. These tickets are jacked up way high in price. They do not warn you that you're buy scalper tickets from another human at jacked up prices. Then when you call them all the warnings they leave off their website are on the phone. No refunds will be given even though there are no warnings prior on website. Complete scam and will also charge a processing fee. Places like this should be shut down.

  I purchased 2 tickets because they were listed first by Google. A few minutes later, I found I could get tickets directly from the venue. These tickets cost me about 2 and 1/2 times more than directly from the venue. Although they said the tickets would be in the general area I had selected, if I had purchased direct from the venue, I could select the actual seats. My biggest complaint is that within 15 minutes of purchase, they would not allow me to cancel the order. Their robot voice would not give that or speaking with an agent as an option. Their chat person, which I tried later, would not allow me to cancel, nor would he allow me to speak to manager or superior. Bill M.

  This is a scam. Typed in Ticketmaster.com in my browser and some how got rerouted to ticket-center.com without me realizing. I bought the tickets and when I got email confirmation, realized it’s not Ticketmaster. I called to get refund they said no refunds. I asked for their company email address they said it’s a personal matter and they can’t share with me. I said I will dispute the charge and they said that can take up to a month with the banks. Needless to say, I never got my tickets even though it said it’s a mobile transfer of tickets. And then another page said they have up to 2 days before event to mail me the tickets. This is a scam.

  Scamming douchebags. I purchased a single ticket for a semi pro baseball game costing $40+. I get to the stadium to pick it up and it's not there. On top of that the tickets there were $10. Fuck ticket master, never order tickets from them.

  This is a scam site. Just want to warn other people. This site hijacks a venue to sell tickets that are 3-4 times higher than the legitimate price. I was fooled and will be paying for my mistake. Do not buy tickets from them! They will not refund them either. There should be a lawsuit against their scamming activity. Should be negative stars for this company.

  I purchased NFL tickets and asked for a refund less than 24 hours later. They told me all sales final. I called back 3 times and was told the same thing. There was not manager to speak with, and I could not talk directly to the seller since they were a "secondary marketplace." They also could not confirm the seats, just the row and section. Unclear when I would get the tcikets - promised 2 days before the event. Complete scam!!

  When I used Google to search for tickets to a concert, this site appeared. I thought it was the agency selling tickets for the show so I proceeded. Ticket prices were expensive but I thought for my $216 tickets the sum would be around $450. I tried to cancel after the total was $545. They do not let you cancel only resell your newly acquired tickets. Don’t use this site. Call the BBB or the Attorney General.
