    They are scalpers but I guess they tell you in the Terms & Conditions. Our issue was that, within 5 minutes after placing an order, we received two phishing text messages that could only have resulted from interacting with the tickets-center.com website, so perhaps it is compromised? We figured this was worth a refund and called the company but were, of course, rebuffed. Will look into other options. The only reason this review has 1 star is because the BBB software required it.

    Tried to cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it. Didn’t even have the emailed tickets yet (said 24-48 hours). Emailed confirmation even had a notation about canceling the tickets yet was told I could not. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. GO DIRECTLY TO THE VENUE!

    This website is a scam. Charging extra for “service fees” to keep the website safe. Then not allowing cancellation of orders or assisting in refunds. Look out for them because they are a terrible site

    Tickets-Center is a scam. My experience is very similar to others. My wife ordered tickets from them assuming this company was legit. When we saw the emailed receipt with 300% markup we knew we had been had! Their phone operators tell customers that refunds are not possible.

    Do not use Tickets-Center for concert tickets.

    Zero rating! DO NOT PURCHASE from this site it looks very legitimate when purchasing tickets. I realized I was scammed after receiving an email after my purchase confirmation email. The second email said the tickets will be sent to my phone a day before the event. I called Ticket Center and requested they send me my tickets since they are electronic they stuck to their no refund policy and the tickets will be available by the 30th the day before my event. I immediately put in a dispute with my credit card company. I plan to call Consumer Affairs in Washington to file a complaint and Google against this fraudulent company that over charge consumers for an event.

    Careful with this site! Cause Is a resale., sadly we paid double for the tickets for a concert. Do not buy here. You’ll find better deals and prices. Use other sites to get them

    Misleading and inappropriate use of web search.
    They set up a web link titled with the venue where the concert will take place and where you would normally buy tickets. However it actually takes you to their site right into the process of ordering tickets. It usually implies a limited amount of tickets which isn't true. What is actually going on is the site is a place for someone to post tickets they will buy for you for a jacked up price. Alert! Alert! If you go to the actual venue site, you will find plenty of tickets at the actual prices. Unfortunately when you do the initial search on the website, it's the first selection that comes up. I expect it can happen with any venue they want. Ticket-Center.com. We were try to buy tickets at Albert Bair theater. Watch out.

    Avoid this business at all costs. Paid 4x for tickets that were available from venue at face value. They pay up for ad/google search to trick you into thinking you are going into venue website. They will not refund or help you resell tickets. Unethical business model, venues please suspend them from advertising on your sites. There are lots of reputable 3rd party ticket sites, tickets-center.com IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

    THEY ARE A SCAM -Awful do not use them!!!! I bought two price gauged resale tickets to an event online and they immediately sent me an email to buy a parking pass for the event at another vastly inflated price. I assumed that I had to have one to get in and bought it. When I got to the event nobody checked for passes - PARKING WAS FREE WITH THE TICKET. I call them for a refund and they refused. I have reported them to the GA Attorney General.

    DO NOT purchase from this website! They up-sale the tickets. What should’ve been $32 total for a baseball game, turned out to be $97 through them!
