  FIRST OF ALL I made a mistake thinking i was buying tickets through Ticket Master. I bought tickets to Michael Bubble show on May 12, 2022 for his show in San Antonio for Sept 17, 2022. AS OF TODAY SEPT 15, 2022 I checked the link the seller sent which let me to Ticket Master, after creating an account to retrieve my four tickets the web site informs me the tickets have already been accepted by another email other then mine!! In trying to resolve the situation to get my four tickets i was told they will contact the seller to find out what email the tickets were sent. So, there is nothing i can do on my part but wait for the seller to respond to their request for answers. After i got off the phone with ticket-center i looked on TICKET MASTER WOW I PAID WAY OVER THE TICKET PRICE for EACH ticket that Ticket Master would have charged me ($60). I called back Ticket Center and asked for a refund because 1. i haven't received any tickets 2. the date is closing in the show date. who to say the seller will respond at all, after all the seller did get paid $874.12 (with fees) already. had i gone to ticket master i would have paid about $260 including fees. what a HUGE MISTAKE ON MY PART in doing business with TICKET CENTER. MY ONLY HOPE IS TO GET MY OWED TICKETS AND NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

  I didn’t know until AFTER I clicked purchase and received email confirmation that I was charged $505.50 for two $79 seats. I had no idea. Site graphics mimic Ticketmaster. I the cost was around $200 until I clicked to purchase.

  I called to cancel tickets the same day and they said they don’t cancel tickets online they have no cancellation policy I am in dispute right now for $3000 amount

  I am crying right now. This place deserves 0 stars. I was scammed into paying an exorbitant price for Disney on Ice tickets for Dec 2022. I feel like such a fool. I always purchase from ticket master or Wells Fargo. I should have known the price was too high. I’m not sure I will even get my tickets. Lesson learned the hard way.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I bought two Jason aldean tickets and was unable to access the link they sent me. They then told me I did in fact accept the tickets and I did not because the link didn’t work so now I’m out $193.50 and they won’t refund it! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

  We are giving a 1-star rating because there is no zero-star option. We ordered tickets not realizing this was a scalping site, as it was the 2nd or 3rd highest hit on the Google search results screen. Tickets were double the price at the venue's box office but the real problem was that, within minutes of ordering, we received two phishing texts, which could have come only through interacting with tickets-center.com. Needless to say, they offered no acknowledgment or refund. But we are left wondering if our credit card account is compromised, and we're pretty sure this is a shady outfit. John H.

  Horrible system -- selected one area and then got receipt with tickets in another. The Attorney General needs to shut them down.
