    Total scam. I believed i was dealing with the venue's ticketing agent until i found out that they had charged more than double the available ticket price from the venue itself.

    Worse experience ever for buying tickets.

    Complete scam. Charged $515 for $82 tickets. Wouldn’t allow refund or cancellation after I received the email with the actual ticket price on them.

    Not only couldn't we download the axs page to get our tickets. When we did get them 40 minutes after the show started we not only did not get the tickets we paid for the tickets we got were in the very last row off the venue. Never ever buy from this business.

    This company allows people to scam others into buying tickets that are not real tickets to events and then doesn't offer any assistance in refunds. We were completely fooled. Do not buy anything thru them. Vivid Seats is legtit. DO NOT USE!

    This is SCAM WEBSITE - do not use. Tickets are 3x’s over face value and non-refundable. Shows up on Google search, looking legit. Should be sued with class action lawsuit.

    I too fell for this scam because I was in a hurry to order tickets on my phone before an event. It was priced at $50 for $15 tickets. After fees and taxes it came out to $84. It is the first search result on Google when you search for an event or venue and mimics legit sites.

    This business continues to operate in an unethical manner. We actually began a ticket purchase at an official website, and at a certain point, were redirected through phishing to tickets–center.com, Which was confirmed by the venue website as well as the presenter. Our tickets should have been $336, but ended up costing $915. We take responsibility for not questioning this at the moment. Contacting support for this website just puts you into a circle of work-at-home reps Who very likely are being underpaid to proliferate the scam, hold the line, and not ask any questions or escalate any problems. I have contacted the venue and the presenter so that they can further pursue inquiry on this matter. Intending to escalate this to higher legal authorities.
