    They over charge for tickets. I bought Hell's Kitchen tickets which stated the price was 169 each plus a couple of added fees. When I received my tickets it stated the tickets cost $69. so they overcharge! They are a ripoff! I would give zero stars if i had the option

    Absolutely do not buy from them. Here is an example. 5 tickets to a ball game in Vancouver Canada cost me $475 US or $691 CDN. Actual price of the ticket on game day (when I found out the price) was $110 CDN!! 500% markup!

    I purchased 2 tickets to Santana
    Dec 18,2024 for $1.096.52.
    I did not received my tickets until 1 day before the concert. The tickets they sent me were $249.00 a ticket.
    They scammed me and took advantage of me for $500.00 extra of purchase amount.
    I called customer services several times with my concern.
    I asked them to refund me the $500.00 they stole from me. They said I could dispute it but would most likely not win.
    Please do not use this sight they are thieves and scammer!!!

    On February 17, 2025 I purchased a $249.50 ticket through Ticket-Center for the Jimmy Failla performance on 3/28/25 in Jacksonville, FL. I live just outside Denver and had also booked a two-night stay @ the Hyatt Regency there, and rented an Alamo Car at JAX. As the time approached the Ticket-Center kept telling me they would send the ticket electronically “just prior to the performance” to avoid the possibility of fraud. Two hours before it was to begin, they called to say there are no assigned tickets left and no spare tickets available – no explanation was offered. The Ticket-Center Rep said she didn’t know what happened. I’m 1850 miles from home, paid $583.59 (airline) + $249.50 (ticket) + $576.95 (hotel) + $135.31 (car) + several meals totaling ~ $160.00. And they don’t even know what the hell happened! So I’m out $1705.35 and two totally wasted days! You couldn’t PAY ME to do business with this con-company! If I could give them a negative star rating I would.

    I can not believe they charged me $475 for 5 tickets to a Vancouver Canadians Baseball game when the tickets are sold at the stadium for $22 each.
    That is disgusting and immoral. They take advantage of people who are not familiar with the actual ticket price to rip them off to boost their corporate profits.
    I will never use you again and I will make sure my friends and associates are aware of their policy to fleece costumes who are unaware.

    I echo many previous reviewers in saying DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They seem to be a "third party" ticket vendor which basically means they sell tickets already sold by others and yet to be used by someone else. What this means in practice is that they do not seem to actually HAVE the tickets...nor can they CONTROL these tickets that they are selling. What this means in practice is that YOUR TICKET may not end up in YOUR account...even after you have paid for it. Do yourself a HUGE favor and BUY FROM ANOTHER SOURCE. I had two tickets I had purchased and then needed to resell due to a health emergency of a family member...and could not resell them because...even though everyone knew they were mine...including the venue I was going to use that at...but no one could transfer them to be sold. I was STUCK with two tickets I would have been able to sell on almost any other platform. And was out the money instead of being able to recoup any. PLEASE buy from another site. Not a trusted platform.

    I was charging an unbelievable charge for tickets to Dylan in Fort Wayne. I thought I paid for seats on main floor row 15. When tickets arrived by UPS that they charged me for our 4 seats were in the balcony. I have a hearing impairment and also have vertigo and our seats were not what we paid for. Company is

    They some how manage to be the first site to pop up when trying to buy tickets. Paid double the price only to find there were plenty of tickets available from Ticketmaster at regular price. They list “limited tickets available” to create a sense of urgency. Really not happy with this service.
