I purchased an expensive ticket. I was sent an inferior ticket. Which they tried to pass off as the one I bought. I informed them and finally got them to agree in writing to that this was not my ticket and that they would issue a refund. Per THEIR instructions, I removed the dispute at American Express. It is 9 weeks later and I still don't have a refund so I have no choice but to re-dispute because they keep saying they can't issue a refund when it's in dispute. I keep telling them I removed the dispute but it doesn't seem to matter. Their staff can be pleasant, but not helpful.

Simply put, service-center.com are SCALPERS. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
    OR YOU WILL GET:
    1. Misrepresentation; would not give me the seat numbers until click/download
tickets. Does not inform if regular view or partial view. In checking the
acutal venue seating they were awful seats (partial view) in far back corner
at OVER DOUBLE THE PRICE!!! $313 with them, $156. actual ticket price.
    2. When I contacted Ticket-center.com by phone and shared my concerns
was told if I clicked on tickets is final sale and no refund or exchanges.
    3. They suggest that I sell the tickets online.
. Really? I am not a scalper. I feel stupid enough that I fell for this scam and
would not do that to someone else.

The worst company in the world! Scammers, you can’t reach a human but they come up on a google search trying to clone Ticketmaster. I am so angry that I paid so much money for an event that still had regular price tickets.
    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
trying to get media to call them
    Out

Total scam my event was rescheduled so no refund, never received the tickets. They said they sent tickets after I reported never receiving them. They claimed a date sent, no email was received from them on that date sorry I can’t refund you. The system don’t lie sir. Don’t you think if I paid 260.00 I would attend if I received tickets? Sorry no refund Sir. But I never received my tickets sorry no refunds Sir. Absolute gangsters but they wouldn’t be so flippant about it if I had an office I could walk into.

    Awful service
I bought tickets to a concert that was rescheduled to a date that I could not attend.
They would not give me a refund
Will never use ticket center.com again

They will not issue me a refund after I paid 599.00 for two tickets to see Willie Nelson. We were told that we would have to sit on the floor instead of having seats. And there were many seats available. I do not suggest buying any tickets from this company. Shame on them. I feel like I got scammed.

Wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered tickets. Thought I was on the official site, though. Paid too much and didn't even get the seats that I had ordered. DO NOT USE.

The process to purchase tickets was easy. The part of the process that qualifies as a 1 Star review is the charge. Their site says that "Prices may be above or below face value" but doesn't forewarn you that you would be paying $119 per ticket plus an additional $75 for taxes and site fees ... only to print out the tickets that they emailed to see that they are for $45 seats. (It was for a musical production at Yavapai College) This is such a scam! I'm writing this so that hopefully it will save others from getting scammed.

Absolute dogshit of a ticketing service. If you want to be scammed, use this service.

Ticket-Center charged $260 for $90 ticket. Ok, I got duped, but when I contacted customer service, the ticket sale is final, non refundable and one can’t reschedule on different date. So basically they are buying tickets from cheaper sites and reselling x5 more expensive for people like me, who didn’t know better. That is why they can’t change or do anything because they already pulled the ticket from an original site. Awful business
