    Order tickets for the lion King in November 20 24 for a show 4/20/25. Did not realize this was a secondary site holder. Paid over two times what I would’ve paid to the Straz received tickets by email on 4/17 with no barcode. Told I would receive the barcode at 10:30 AM the day of the 1 PM show never received the barcode and ultimately the tickets were taken away so that the website said I had no upcoming events, lost my money and did not see the show. These people are scammers.

    Total scam. Thought I was purchasing through ticketmaster. When I called to get a refund they refused. Hopefully my bank can clear it up.

    Tickets Center is a scam. They paid for a sponsored link on Google so that their link would appear at the top of the search results and buyers would, in good faith, click on their website when they thought they were buying directly from the concert venue. This was my experience. Instead of buying directly from the venue like I thought I was, I was charged by Tickets Center TRIPLE what the tickets are actually worth. I contacted the venue's box office to ask if the tickets are even legitimate and they said that they won't be able to tell until I scan my ticket on the date of the concert (four months from now). They also said they have had problems in the past with people mistakenly buying tickets from sites like this and finding out that the same tickets had been sold to multiple parties. When I was purchasing my tickets they also refused to display the full itemized receipt including and ADDITIONAL $35 in "fees" for EACH TICKET until after I clicked "pay". I called Tickets Center to demand a refund and they are refusing. It isn't a small amount of money either... I may be out $925 and not get anything in return. This is an extremely unethical business.

    This business is a scam. The ticket prices listed were significantly higher than the venue themselves. Paid $362 for 2 tickets that were valued at $81 for the pair. We were seated in 3rd row from the top, paid more than those in the front row. Called them to discuss this price gouging and they won't do anything, stated they are a secondary marketplace so the seller can choose the price. Stated that this was disclosed and nothing I can do. Purchased these 7 months prior to the event so I am unable to even file a claim with my credit card company. They sent the tickets showing $41 each 6 months after purchase.

    I would give them negative stars if I could. I recommend that this business be shut down. I wish I saw all the negative reviews before being duped by ticket center.com and all they can say is buyer beware. There is no way to contact/speak to a human and the chat is useless. This company is conning people out of money and it has to stop!! You claim to be a middle man but can't say who you are selling tickets for and the price gouging and deception of 'hurry tickets are selling fast' is misleading people in making unwise decisions to purchase tickets.

    Total scam. Tickets were cancelled and they would not refund. Was told I would receive replacement tickets which were never provided. Asked for verification that the tickets were forwarded to me and they would not provide it. Told me I had no options to get my money back. Lost over $300 and received nothing in return.

    Tickets Center is a scam. They styled their website to look like the venue's website, and have a similar logo to Ticketmaster. The tickets were much more expensive for way worse seats, but when trying to quickly get tickets to a popular show that sell out it's easy to not notice the little red flags. When I called to try and get a refund they are unmoved. Not surprising. I will be reaching out to my credit card company to dispute the charges.

    Do NOT buy anything from Tickets Center. They are a scam and won’t refund anything and don’t provide any options for refunds. Stay away from this site.

    Will not cancel order or refund money even if we tried to cancel within 1 hr of ordering. They are scalpers. Order directly from the box office

    total rip off. Purchased 3 Tickets to a minor league baseball for Easter afternoon at 5pm. for $157.00, tickets were $114 the rest was fees and taxes 7%. We were sent an email at noon on Easter that the game was now at 2pm. Called Tickets-Center. Net told me the venue changed the time so nothing they would do about it. Call the baseball team office. They said the time was changed over 2 months ago. Called Tickets-Center back they replied per their policy... no refunds. Avoid at all costs. I am filing with Florida AG's office. Anyone that has experienced problems with this company interested in a Class action suit?
