    Do not purchase from the site. The site is designed to mislead you into thinking it's another reputable site. Only after purchasing my tickets at 3 times the actual ticket price, did I realize this was a 3rd party site. This site is a SCAM in sheep's clothing. BEWARE!

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Marking up on resale website which has the webpage look so similar to venue, creating an urgency in checking out and masking behind "terms & conditions" of tickets being above face value...the list of shady, unethical practices of this company is out of scale. Really shameful way to walk the line of "legal" practice while being completely unethical and immoral. Expensive lesson learned and I will be fighting this practice by reporting to authorities. Tickets Center, please do not bother responding saying the terms of sale are listed before checking out. I am not talking about legalities, but about ethics here. Shame on you. To not have any exceptions included in policy to even accommodate a cancellation within minutes of placing order is plain stupid. Oh cherry on top? I was asked to resell the tickets to recoup money (read...scam others instead). When asked if I can resell on their "resale" platform, my "type of tickets" is not eligible to be listed on their platform. The IRONY.

    Unbelievable! Tickets were listed for $89.00 each when printed out and this organization charged $672.00. Told me to resell them if I wasn't happy. Are you kidding!
    Don't ever go to this site for any tickets.

    What a terrible business. They up-charge and lock you into mis-advertised and murky marketing and prices. Customer service is unreachable. I was charged DOUBLE the price of tickets and was taken advantage of. CONSUMER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

    I GAVE THIS BUSINESS A 1 STAR RATING WHICH IS WRONG. IT SHOULD BE A NO STAR OR A NEGATIVE STAR RATING !!!!
    THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM RIP-OFF.
    THEY OVERCHARGED ME GREATLY.
    THE TICKETS I BOUGHT COST ME NEARLY 4 TIMES WHAT THE VENUE CHARGES BECAUSE OF THE POOR LOCATION OF THE SEATS.
    I CAN'T GET MY ELECTRONIC TICKETS UNTIL 2 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
    VENUE APP IS REQUIRED IN MY ANDROID PHONE TO USE AT THE VENUE, BUT THE VENUE APP IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY PHONE AND THE TICKETS ARE ELECTRONIC ONLY.
    WITH EVENT TICKETS AND A PARKING TICKET I'M OUT $1,829.00.
    ALSO, I AM NOW UNABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE EVENT, AND IF I WAS ABLE I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BOTH PARK AND GET IN BECAUSE THE INTUIT DOME APP IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY PHONE.
    THEREFORE I AM ALSO UNABLE TO SELL MY TICKETS THROUGH A RESELLER BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ENOUGH TIME, IT TAKES A LOT MORE THAN 2 DAYS TO RESELL TICKETS.
    ALL IN ALL, I AM OUT NEARLY TWO GRAND WITH NO RECOURSE BECAUSE OF THE FINE PRINT.

    On Oct 4 we were directed to a scam website to buy tickets below from Tickets-Center.com. Order #68262003 View order Radio City Christmas Spectacular Radio City Music Hall
    Sat. Jan 4, 2025 2:00 PM I want my money back as they portrayed to be affiliated with radio city music hall and they are not. We made placed the order last night and would like order to canceled and refund issued as soon as possible. The order email has fake links that don’t provide ticket seat details or status.

    I went to purchase tickets thru Taft Theatre in Cincinnati, but the action took me to tickets-center.com, which I thought was the official way to purchase for the venue. The event then shifted the show 6+ months, when I will be out of town, Tickets-center.com would not refund or even credit me for the moved event, stating they cannot refund because ‘they hold no inventory’ (in other words they are simple a middleman ‘scammer’ that collects fees but provides no real ‘service’). I will not use them ever again and pay closer attention to whether the purchase is actually from the venue itself or a reputable alternative like Ticketmaster.

    If I could give a negative star, I would. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy anything from these people. Their tickets are outrageous and they are not as described. Stop payment or dispute the transaction if you can. They are terrible. When you contact them, all they do is put you on hold and read that their sales are final and that they are not responsible for anything. We bought baseball tickets and didn't know they were obstructed view. They also charged $30 more per ticket plus all their fees and taxes. Then they tried to charge $100 for parking when it was only $25. I feel dirty even talking about this smarmy company. They need to be shut down. Be careful if you are directed away from the site you are originally on, that is how they got us to buy.

    I purchased online tickets for an event in Pittsburgh at the Benedum Center. I was mislead by the online vendor into thinking that I was ordering tickets directly from TrustArts.org. When I got the email confirmation, I realized that they were purchased from a secondary vendor or resale site. When I checked the official website for TrustArts.org, I realized that the ticket price was inflated by a ridiculous amount. The official site lists the same tickets at $142.00 for the ticket plus fees. I paid $360 per ticket instead and purchased 7 tickets. I called the customer service line for Tickets-Center immediately to attempt cancel the order. I was told that the tickets were not able to be canceled or refunded. This is outright consumer fraud and I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    Scam scam scam scam scam. Website is made to mimic reputable online ticket sales. Clicked on an ad for a play I was looking forward to with the wife and got taken to the cleaners on price. Like everyone else is saying. STAY AWAY from this, I don’t even want to call them a business. They’re fraudsters. I hope to see the day that they are shut down for their practices.
