  This company willfully and knowingly advertised tickets for a date for a show that had already been rescheduled. I took screenshots and corresponded with the venue to warn them of what was going on.

  Claim to be a “marketplace connecting sellers and buyers” No they sell tickets for event spaces, to event goers. They hide behind the technology making it “so difficult to do any return. The only other item and industry that operates where the customer has no recourse after purchase as drug dealing. This company is no better

  I bought tickets yesterday to a Boston College Football game. They never showed up in my mailbox. The tab for contact us does not work. There was a statement made that the mailbox was not monitored. This site is a ripoff and a scam and should be shut down.

  Unknowingly overpaid for 2 tickets to the Sting/Billy Joel Concert in St. Louis that was scheduled for 9-27-24. Due to weather, it has been rescheduled for 9-29-24 and I am unable to make that date. Called the number that was in the e-mail with the reschedule date to request refund. After being disconnected by first foreign customer service rep when he said to "wait for the e-mail" that he was going to send. - never came.
  I called the number again and the next CS rep was foreign speaking and I also had a hard time understanding her accent - she was going to put me on hold and I informed her the previous person also said that and they disconnected. She promised I would not be disconnected. After a brief hold, she came back on and said their terms do not allow for a refund but she would be happy to walk me through the steps of reselling my tickets - I told her I was not interested in doing that and I was sorry she worked for the Tickets Center company because they are an awful company. Advised I would seek professional help from small claims court. Lesson learned the hard way.

  Same as everyone else. Presale tickets made it seem like they were the only option to buy the tickets, so I bought them for 2x the rate. I purchased tickets over a month ago- and still don't have them and the event is tonight. they have 4 hours of available customer service time via phone.

  I thought that was buying concert tickets from a reputable business. Spent over $500. I guess that money is gone. Avoid this "business".

  is a sham and a scam - they are double the price and somehow cut into legitimate web sites to steel your orders.
  they refuse to cancel or refund even though the venue is 3 months out.
  i would be highly recommend that as soon as you see their id on the web you are on that you report it to proper authorities as well as your credit card companies.

  not even one star is earned and they don't know what customer service is !!!!

  This company is a total SCAM!!!!! DON"T EVER order from them!!! I booked online tickets for a play and they changed my date on me after I put the order through, They are the worst and shadiest company ever. I am going to go to the ATTORNEY GENERAL'S office and file a lawsuit against this POS company. Stay away and never BUY from these third party thiefs!!! Had to leave a star rating-what a joke, they deserve zero stars!!!

  I went online to purchase tickets to a concert. I found the tickets thru what stated was Acrisure Arena. I thought it was strange that ticket prices were higher but wasn’t worried as it was saying a “presale”. I purchased the tickets. I then received an email stating the tickets were not available until April next year. I was only given a section and row. No seat numbers. I called and spoke with a representative named Sebastian who told me they were associated with Acrisure and Ticketmaster. I told him it was odd because the tickets were not sent to me. I asked for a refund as they were not available or even on sale yet. He put me on hold several times stating he was working on refund. After 30 minutes he stated he can’t do a refund so would put me thru to a manager. The manager kept contradicting what he was saying. First stating they were from a seller whose info is kept private. Then stating they “procure” the tickets. He had no explanation when I asked why I had not received them. I have been reading numerous posts that they are a scam site. I also read up on Penal code 346 and it seems they are definitely not following the law. Acrisure stated they are not associated with them. He refused to refund my money or provide the tickets. I am not sure what to do as I am out the money and have no tickets.
  I also had difficulty getting any info to contact them as they provided nothing in the email they sent. It had a contact here but when clicking the link it was dead. I finally called PayPal and they were able to find a number.

  Scam!! I attempted to purchase 3 tickets I thought was from Ticketmaster which I was charged about 3 hundred dollars more for the worst seats in the venue after I purchased realized it wasn't Ticketmaster and they took the funds right away tried to get a refund to be told I could resale tickets that I was already over charged for I will continue to bring attention to being ripped off and feeling in violated bad business.
