  This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Extremely difficult and unhelpful. DO NOT purchase through them.

  We paid over 4 times the cost for our event tickets than what we're offered from the team page. When we arrived at the event, the team ticket scanners didn't recognize our tickets.

  absolute unethical pure thieves. I can not believe these ticket scammers are not regulated. a ticket that cost $40 ended up costing $200 plus.

  Terrible terrible company I did not get refund from event 2020 I called and I explained them that purchase I made for tickets thru ticket center using my card was cancelled and I need my refund to different account I had 5 agents and 3 said they can do but disconnected with me
  And when I contacted another 2 they said refund was done on 07252022 I called my financial institution where credit card was they never got payment abd they can't because I closed account
  $700 tickets I need my money back

  This company is a complete fraud! I bought tickets for a concert 3x the price thinking they were legit. No refund, no tickets unless I sign onto their website to create an account. I do not trust them therefore, I lost $155 for $50 tickets, but I will not provide them with any more information. Please someone with the ability needs to do something. I will file a fraud case with them as well.

  Sold an item they didn’t have in possession, cannot guarantee where my seats will be. Found out after purchasing that they can charge 115% above the agreed upon price. Poor communication, will not let you cancel or speak to a two person. I contacted my credit card company for a dispute and full refund. Thai company is a complete scam and has been for years. Disguised to look like a legitimate online ticket seller. Do not buy from here, they should have been shit down years ago.

  Ticket Scalers. I clicked on this link on Friday thinking I was purchasing tickets through the venue. That was not the case. Ticket center is the hub for scalpers to resale tickets. Ticket center is charging the sellers a fee to use their website but Ticket center will not assist the consumer to get n contact with the seller. I’m my situation, I purchased 2 tickets to a concert, to be told by Ticket center, the order has been confirmed by the seller. How can the seller confirm he or she has the tickets when the concert tickets haven’t been released to sell. I was charged for tickets that no one has. SCAM and Ticket Center refuses to help me.

  My mother, who is not incredibly internet savvy, was scammed out of over $1,000 because this site presents itself as the venue and an official ticket source. She purchased tickets for Backstreet Boys at Jones Beach, which was later canceled due to Covid. She was promised by these scum bags that she would receive tickets for the rescheduled event. So the rescheduled event time rolls around and still no tickets.... She called them maybe 15 times the week leading up to it, waited on hold for countless hours and was given the run around. The last representative she spoke to was from another company and simply "helping" answer phones for tickets center. They basically told her to keep checking her email for new tickets to be transferred. They are really good at carrying on the scam to make it believable. They even texted her a link to their website to remind her to accept her (non existent) tickets! It was impressive, actually. So then the day of the event, same story and no tickets. Luckily we were able to purchase actual tickets at the venue for a fraction of the price for MUCH BETTER seats. And guess what? Over a week later and still no tickets and no refund. Not a word from them. These people are scam artists, plain and simple. Please make sure you are purchasing from the venue or the artist recommended site. That's over $1,000 gone for nothing.

  This is a scam. I thought I had clicked the direct venue site and was directed here. People are buying tickets to minor league baseball games and upselling at excessive prices. Please do something to stop this!
