    What overcharged for tickets by $40 or more and Unwilling to refund even with event or six months away. Again, will never recommend stay away from the service

    This website pays google to be an ad on the top of a website and masks it so it looks like ticketmaster. So it is CLEAR - the ticket master value of the tickets is $45. The ticket-center site is selling them for $115. This is a scalping website that takes advantage of you making a misstep and not noticing in time that they are not Ticketmaster. Then they will never refund you - even if you call within 4 minutes. Absolute trash website.

    Scammers. I paid 3 times the price for tickets as are available on other sites. They make it appear that they are the official ticket provider when they are just PRICE GAUGING. I could have much better seats than I got for half the price if I wasn’t so gullible as to think someone would be so cruel.

    I believe Ticket Centers.com mislead me as a customer and overcharged me by 4x what the market price of the tickets actually turned out to be. Avoid this service at all costs.

    We got scammed. Got redirected to this website. I should have been more careful. Purchased 3 tickets. Paid over 700$, I had to call the company 6 months later to get the tickets. When I finally got the email the face value was 74.50 ea. so that’s a markup of 485$ wow. I called them and complained to no avail. Please don’t ever purchase tickets through this company. I have learned a lesson. That’s a hefty amount to learn a lesson on this rip off company. Heed my warning

    I accidently clicked this website instead of the ticketmaster.com website I was trying to get on.
    Don't buy from this company! They overcharge to the point of usury (two or three times the market value of a ticket). They charged me $2259.50 for TWO tickets and refused to refund me even though they hadn't even started processing the order.

    Bought tickets in May for a concert in October 9. It is October 8th now and i dont have tickets. I have spent over 8 hours on the phone over the last 2 days trying to get tickets and they just talk in circles that I'm going to get them and I don't have them. I think I've been scammed, bought on them by mistake ...didn't think i was using a third party...thought i was buying directly.

    Tickets-Center did not deliver what I ordered. What they did deliver was tickets for a different date and a venue 150 miles away 2 weeks earlier. When I called them they basically told me I must have made a mistake and blamed the issue on me. Since the tickets I ordered were 6 inches farther down the page from those they sent me not possible. This is a classic bait and switch. Do not order anything from this so called ticket service. They are unscrupulous at best. If by some reason you do I suggest that you make sure you use a card that will stand behind you and deal with Tickets-Center for you to recover the funds they have taken from you using their questionable business practices.

    They never sent me tickets. When I contacted them they claim they did. Then I asked them to send me proof they sent the tickets. They discontinued the conversation.

    They never sent them. I checked every spam folder and every possible place. All I got was a receipt. They stole $200 from me and they have a bunch of fake 5 star reviews online. These are not real people. This is a scam outfit.
