    Nothing I can say here than what has already been said.. shady practices all around and just do not feel good about transaction with them at all. Service charges being charged so outlandish that it should be illegal. Buyer beware.

    Scammed an unsuspecting buyer. My friend bought us tickets for a local concert and thought she was in a legit site but got ticket- center and paid $60 more per ticket. By the time we realized it it was too late and Ticket- Center wouldn’t refund the tickets. This should not be legal!

    DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They pose as authorized third-party processors and mark up tickets 10Xs when plenty are available at original venue. This is outrageous SCALPER behavior and they are preying on the consumer and providing NO added value or service.

    THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. The website led me to believe that the artist I wanted to see would be performing ALONG WITH the artist on the ticket. The price for 2 tickets was $563, but worth it for the artist I wanted to see. When the venue posted on their website that the artist I wanted to see would not be performing on that day/time, I attempted to cancel my tickets. Couldn't get through by phone so I sent an e-mail. Got a response back that tickets are non-refundable and I should try to sell my tickets on social media. I am steaming mad about this because who has over $500 to spend on tickets for a performance they are not really interested in seeing?

    Do not order tickets from this site. I was completely scammed. When I asked where my concert tickets are they told me they would be here days before the show. When I asked about a refund they said no. After calling the venue I soon realized I was scammed as they couldn’t find my tickets. I was really bummed the concert is a sold out show. I filed fraud charges against them. for this site being a scam as the venue confirmed it.

    They are a scam! Never got my tickets.... 651 dollars later and had to file a dispute.

    Total scam. I too thought that i had clicked the direct venue sight; not a ticket resaler. I will complain to google as well. I am diabled and on a fixed tight income. Googles placement and style of listing made this appear to be the direct venue sight. I bought tickets as a special gift (rare) to my kids because i cant do much for them with my current disability. Im homeless and housed by the county of montery in motels. Im am so angry to be scammed and tricked this way on what was to be a special night for me and my kids. Actual tickets are about 40.00; through ticket-center.com i was charged 451.00……yep…..451.00.
    THATS CRIMINAL
    Someone needs to look into and stop their deceptive practices

    Do not use this scam company! I ordered orchestra seats and received nose bleed balcony seats at the higher price. They charged $225 per ticket whereas the same tickets were $70 on the theater web site. I called to cancel the order the next day and they would not work with me at all. Simply said all sales are final. What a scam. Stay away from this company.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE had to leave 1 star but didn't want to. Our situation, we are full time RV'ers and were in Colorado and wanted to catch a Rockies Baseball game before we had to leave. The only had one night that would work for us and it was the night before we had to fly out at 7am the next morning. Well it just happened to start snowing that morning and snowed 1 and 1/2 feet and the game was canceled. Well we got an email that is was rescheduled for the next day. So here is where it gets complicated, I didn't check my email and didn't see this reschedule email until after the game was already done and over. So I was told we could have gotten a refund if I would have contacted them before the event. Well I was on travel the next morning on my way to attend a funeral and checking my email wasn't really on my mind. So I was told many, many, many times their policy, but they were insistent on not doing anything beyond their policy. I talked to 2 different customer service agents because the first one hung up on me. To no avail, they stick to their guns and will never let you talk to a supervisor or someone that has the capability to override the policy in an unusual situation. So I'm out $257 because they don't care if you didn't attend the event or were unable to respond before the event. They wouldn't even contact the seller to see if they for some reason would have heart and refund my money. So I would never use Ticket-Center.com again!!!!!!

    I'm sure it is just fine if you are able to attend the event and there aren't any tragic circumstances surrounding the event. But when I bought the tickets to attend a baseball game the night before having to fly out the next morning, not knowing it was going to snow a foot and 1/2 and more concerned about if we were going to get to the airport or if our flight was going to be canceled then checking my email for a canceled (or rescheduled game)...

    They also use customer support from India, who never understand...
