    The same thing happened to me that happened to so many others. This company should be shut down for scamming and blatantly engaging in false advertising.

    I went to Ticketmaster to purchase my tickets to King and Country. Tickets ended up coming from "Eino"? Concert was rescheduled for a time and date I could not attend. No refunds. Cannot figure out how to try and sell them. Customer Service was terrible. No manager to speak with.....Nothing. Absolutely awful way to waste $750.00!

    I purchased 5 tickets to a women's volleyball game at Northwestern University. Nevermind the cost (that's my fault), but the logistics and customer service in retrieving the tickets were very, very sketchy, to the point where I have asked for a refund via my credit card company. TicketsCenter stated in an email that I should receive a second "transfer" email, which never came. Their customer service representative told me they could not resend the transfer email. Instead, the rep sent a link to Northwestern's official sports website, which has nothing to do with TicketsCenter. They were at a loss as to how to get me the tickets, which I still have not gotten. Do not use this service.

    Never ever buy tickets from them early. They use some crazy surge pricing and so I bought tickets online the first week of a show and it costs $491.50 for two tickets. A better seat in the same row later sold for $86.55. A third of the theater or more was still for sale day of, this was not close to being a sold out show.

    This company is a total scam. After purchasing parking for an event in Tampa, I tried to get a refund within 1 hour after purchase and I was told they could not issue a refund since they were not the seller. What this company hides behind is the small print from your credit card company that basically states once you use your card you have agreed to the sale and they cannot help you recover your money.

    Outright theft! Scalper canceled the ticket transfer and Tickets-Center won't refund my money.

    Why was I directed to this site to purchase tickets when they are completey a scam!!! I am paying 3 times the value for tickets and super pissed. They SUCK!!!!!

    If I could give this company zero stars I would. “Ticket Center” does not deserve a rating. Do not trust this company. Do not do business with this company. This is a scam. Do not use.

    I had a very disappointing experience. The tickets I bought were resold at double the original price, and it was nearly impossible to contact customer service for help. Unfortunately, no solution was offered. Be careful with this service, as it seems unreliable and dishonest. Feels like a scam.

    I purchased 2 tickets to the Pendleton Round Up and the tickets showed $30. per seat for 2 seats for a total of $ 60. as shown on the ticket. I was charged $234.95 and the seats were lousy. They would not issue any sort of refund and gave me the run-around when I called to try to politely fix the problem. I feel like they were deceptive and cheated me. I would not recommend using this site to book tickets to events.
