    This company is a cheat. And getting a refund is impossible. If I could assign no stars, I certainly would. Beware of doing business with this company.

    THIS IS A SCAM, TICKET-CENTER ONLINE TICKET BROKER HIDING BEHIND A CLICK THROUGH POLICY. LIKE NUMEROUS OTHERS, I GOT SCAMMED BY THINKING I WAS BUYING DIRECT FROM A THEATER BOX OFFICE. NOT UNTIL I RECEIVED THE ACTUAL EMAIL DID I REALIZE IT WAS A SECOND USER (SCALPER) SITE. THEY ARE PROUD OF THEIR ADVERTISING ABILITY TO “BAIT” CONSUMERS. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND REASONABLE BROKER FEES, WHICH MADE ME LOOK UP LAWS IN MY STATE. THEY APPEAR TO BE BREAKING THEM- ITS A MISDEMEANOR . THEY IMPERSONATE BOX OFFICES, HIDE IN SMALL PRINT THAT GOES AWAY WHEN THE PAGE FULLY OPENS TO LOOK FOR SEATS (GOT HIDDEN ON THE TOP PAGE OF MY IPAD) AND SHOWS A FALSE “SELLING OUT FAST” TIMER. I WAS CHARGED OVER 3X FACE VALUE. IN FLORIDA LEGALLY - CAN SELL FOR $1.00 OVER FACE VALUE. IMMEDIATELY AFTER I SAW THIS RIP OFF, I DEMANDED A REFUND TO NO AVAIL. I AM ESCALATING THIS FIASCO, AS I SEE MANY HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THESE PEOPLE AND THEY MUST BE STOPPED. PREDATORY ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR. IF THE CONSUMER PAUSES AT ANY POINT DURING THE TICKET PURCHASING PROCESS, A POP UP SCREEN COMES UP STATING “TICKETS ARE SELLING FAST! WE EXPECT A SELL OUT. CONTINUE YOUR ORDER… MAKES IT VERY PRESSURED TO LITERALLY READ ALL OF THE T & C’s that ACCOMPANY A SIMPLE TICKET PURCHASE. EVEN AIRLINES GIVE A LEEWAY IF YOU CALL WITHIN 15 MIN OF BUYING A TICKET. IN MY CASE I FULLY BELIEVE THEY EITHER SENT COUNTERFEIT SEATS (AS THE EXACT SEATS WERE STILL ON THE TICKETMASTER SITE FOR PURCHASE AT FACE VALUE) OR THEY ARE ON HOLD THERE - I AM TRYING TO DECIDE ON NEXT STEPS.



    FROM ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS, AND THE 1.2 RATING, HOW ARE THEY STILL ALLOWED TO BE SCALPING? I ASKED WHO THEIR CEO IS AND WHERE THEY OPERATED OUT OF, AND THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER? NOT VERY REPUTABLE IF THE CEO IS NOT PROUD OF HIS COMPANY.

    Redirected to this site assuming they were some third-party that the actual venue was using to sell tickets. Allegedly, they simply buy and re-sell or pre-sell tickets for exorbitant prices. Outright theft.

    This is a scam! In 2024, I was charged $504.95 for 3 balcony seats at $25 each. Reported to my credit card company.

    purchased tickets for a show thinking it was legitimate. No mention of it being a reseller with prices 5x more than normal until after check out. Only realized after getting an email stating my tickets are not available u til seller releases it to me and that it wont be until 1-2 days prior to event. Avoid this scummy business at all costs.

    They also wouldn’t resend them or refund my money.

    Never purchase from them. I bought tickets from them for 364 , they had a glitch in their system that prevented me accepting the tickets and I got screwed. NEVER EVER PURCHASE

    Scam. Bought “courtside” seats to a Texas volleyball game for 1K. They sent them and they were NOT courtside. They blamed the person who sent the tickets, insisted we accept them, then send them back in exchange for the correct tickets. Got the same form email each time we had correspondence, with no regard to previous communication. At one point was told since we accepted the tickets we were out of luck - they told us to accept them and send them back with screenshots in order to get the tickets we paid for. After three weeks of this, they finally refunded us. Why would they do such a thing if the original tickets existed. Because they didn’t. They expect people not to pay attention, then show up to the venue and be screwed.

    Bought tickets in April 2023 for concert scheduled for Sept.
    Concert was postponed in Sept. and rescheduled for April 2024. That concert was again postponed and rescheduled for Sept. 2024. Three hours before the concert was to take place the event was postponed for the third time. We paid for tickets 18 months ago and cannot get a refund because the concert has not been cancelled. DCF Concerts and Tulsa Theater claim no liability and Tickets Center contract will not refund unless the event is cancelled.
    We have received nothing for our $700.
