    I got excited when Ghost announced that they were going on tour for 2025. Out of curiosity for ticket prices I googled "ghost 2025 (tour spot near me) tickets" and was met with Tickets-Center. It was sponsored, and I was hit with timers and 'tickets selling fast!', 'Bob S. from Raleigh just bought 3 tickets!' and a bunch of other stuff that should have been a red flag for me. It also looked very similar to Ticketmaster when I was on my phone. The timers and 'tickets selling fast' got my FOMO really good, and I spent over $800 buying tickets that weren't even on sale yet. Directly after the purchase did I read on their website Tickets-Center is a ticket reseller site and not a legitimate ticket site (they hide this really well until after the purchase)! I also, obviously, did not get my tickets right away like you do with legit ticket websites. They do not offer refunds, so I immediately called my bank to dispute the charge. Luckily, I got my money back. The LEGIT tickets AND insurance AND parking only cost me $400, which is HALF the price Tickets-Center 'sells' them for. Please do not be an idiot like me, STAY FAR AWAY FROM TICKET-CENTER AS YOU CAN!!

    i went onto the website of the venue, the alberta bair theatre in billings MT, and somehow was directed to the website for tickets-center. i purchased three tickets through them totaling $818.95. when i picked the tickets up at the box office i saw that the price of the three tickets totaled $249.00.
    this is an absolute outrage. apparently this outfit has had thousands of similar complaints over the years, and i wonder why the BBB hasn't shut them down. hilda e. thomas, billings MT

    I purchased 2 tickets for concert in Jackpot Nevada. Tickets were $35 each. When I got bill from Ticket-Center it was $235.50. They said tickets were $89 each, $7.50 delivery fee, and $50 Service Fee for $235.50 or over 300% more than it should of been. They never say it was a 3rd party site. They also showed only 2 seats available...turned out they were the worst seats in the House and only 50% full. Don't buy fromm them.

    Beware of spoofing website by Ticket-Center. After google "academy of music ticket" the first website listed had Academy of Music with a list of all of the dates and times of shows at the Kimmel Center. I chose my date and time and bought tickets believing I was buying tickets directly from the venue. The website by Ticket-Center has a timer rushing customers causing not to read all of the details, and charges THREE TIMES THE TICKET PRICE if all of the handling charges are included. 10 minutes after buying the inflated tickets I then realized I was scammed by Ticket-Center that resells tickets. Called Ticket-Center, and terms and conditions does not allow to get any type of refund. The only option given is to sell the tickets on another website to recoup cost of tickets. My tickets will not be released until 2 days before the event, and not sure if I will receive my tickets. Reported the company to Google for spoofing fraud, and my credit card company will cover the cost of tickets if tickets are not procured. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

    Someone ordered tickets with my card and they refuse to cancel the tickets. I never received the tickets.

    This is a 100% fraud company.

    They will charge you 200% markup on tickets

    They will NOT email or mail you your tickets. If you swipe your card with this company, I highly recommend closing out that card and getting issued a new one.

    Don’t use them. A scam. They charged three times more than better seats for a Sarah Brightman Christmas special, and refused to cancel the transaction. Misleading website and sales. Horrible

    I had purchased two tickets for a Broadway touring show at a very high price. Did not get an email with the tickets and then it is the day of the show and my drive is 2 hours to get to the venue. I spent a couple of hours on the phone with their customer service support, only to receive assurances that they were in touch with "the seller" and that the tickets would be emailed within an hour or so. I did a chat via text as well. Same result. I even called the venue and they said they would get us in and then I could cancel the visa charge. Finally at 5:00 with the event only 2 1/2 hours away, I received a phone call from Ticket Master asking if I would accept these alternative tickets. I said yes and the tickets came to my Ticket Master account. The customer service people were very nice--but ineffective at best. I will never buy tickets from Tickets-Center.com again.

    My husband was directed there to buy tickets for Hamilton for my birthday. I was shocked at how much he paid ($233 each with fees) because I knew that the same tickets were selling on the vendor website for $59 each excluding fees. This was more then triple the price. He called Tickets-Center.com and they told him all tickets were final. How can this continue to happen? My husband has now learned a valuable lesson, to go direct to the vendor to purchase tickets. This needs to end. Too many unsuspecting individuals don't realize they have re-directed to there site to purchase tickets....it almost happened to a friend but I caught her in time to stop her from purchasing.
