    This website is a scam. They copied the picture of the MSG Sphere Made it look like the official website, but then they mislead you in the thinking there’s only few tickets left Charge almost 3 times the amount as the real website for the MSG Sphere Luckily, I got a warning from another website. I called immediately and tried to cancel. They said there was no refund and they raised the price three times as much because of the man I went to the actual real MSG Sphere site. And there was many many tickets available even preferred seating at 2/3 less the cost fortunately I caught PayPal and put in a dispute and also Citibank my credit card and I have re-purchase tickets on the proper site at the going fair rate tickets center unfortunately it’s a horrible scam. Just looking for people to be fooled.

    SCAM for sure! I thought I was buying concert tickets through the venue. Turned out after my purchase the tickets didnt even go on pre-sale for a week! DO NOT USE THIS SITE/COMPANY. I reached out to them - said they couldnt refund or provide any information.

    Wow, after reading these reviews at least I know I'm not crazy. I was scammed last night, similar to others that have reported similar experiences. I thought this was the venue's official ticket vendor. Only after purchasing did I realize they were not close to selling out and that I paid 3x more than I needed to. I chatted with their support for a long time, and of course they would not budge. Told me to re-sell these tickets for a profit on another site. Seriously? Perpetuating the scam is the solution to these people. They really should not be allowed to do business and scam more people out of money.

    @BBB I have the chat history, and a screenshot of tickets even available on another ticket reseller, as well as tickets listed directly via the venue. Their site should be forced to be taken down immediately.

    Do NOT use this website! I paid 3 times as much for tickets I never received. After several calls they were polite but said there was nothing they could do. $363. down the drain. I would give zero stars if I could

    We purchased tickets for a production of Les Miserables at a local theater. I did not realize the tickets-center.com was not the venue. Their site popped up first and they looked like the legitimate ticket seller. They advertised seating and then it was a bait and switch. After the tickets were purchased, they said that the tickets were only mobile, the seating was by "zone" so we were issued seats in the back row of the zone, and we paid 3 times more than seats sold by the venue in the same seating area. Do not use this vendor! Go straight to the venue. I was re-directed by the ticket site and should have paid better attention. When I realized what happened, I tried to cancel my order and they would not comply. I plan to challenge on my credit card.

    SCAM. Tricked my older mother into thinking their website was the official venue website. She paid twice over for tickets that weren't even sold out.

    They allow scalpers to sell tickets for over 200 percent the actual price ripping off the buyer and they do not allow refunds.

    As close to a scam as you can get if not a complete scam outright. Thought was getting tickets at regular price and found out was not the real venue website with prices more than 3 times the cost of the real tickets. No contact information other than a chat and was told could not cancel for a refund. Scammed me out of money worth pressing charges. Very upset by this. Said would receive the tickets the NIGHT BEFORE the concert, and no seat assignment- biught second set from real venue because don’t know if they will actually send tickets and is a gift for my daughter so don’t want to not be able to get in. Horrible experience.

    If not a scam, just a terrible business.

    I bought tickets at Tickets-Center. They sent an email with a link that would supposedly transfer the tickets to my TicketMaster account, for entry to the venue.

    Link didn't work. 3 hours on phone with their "customer service" agents, without resolution. Kind of felt sorry for the customer service agents, because it seemed like the back-end operation was some combination of incompetent or evil.

    I don't plan to ever buy tickets from these guys again.

    SCAMMED!
    I spent nearly $800 cad on concert tickets and when I asked for a refund nearly 2 days later, they said they were unable to provide a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to let me speak to someone higher up. Spoke to someone named Ankit. Reponses were very robotic and repetitive.
    They told me if I want my money back I have to sell my own tickets!!!
    They will NOT give you your money back unless a show specifically cancels.
    I'm PISSED!
