    No stars. Never, ever, ever do business with this price gouging no refund ticket reseller. They will charge you hundreds more for tickets you can find on the legitimate business site

    Scammers who pay to show up in top searches and give impression that are actual venue tickets sellers. They charge 3 times the price of normal tickets, they don’t give refunds under any circumstances. Patrons shouldn’t make business with them.

    Robbery, terrible rude customer service. Ripped me off $600. Small print can cancel and move concert and you are stuck paying whether you can attend new date. Company just said “tough”. Do not use this service.

    That we plan on going to advents but sometimes life situations stop you from going to event which in my case happened I have protection on my tickets but it’s a struggle to get my money back for event I cannot get to at the moment I need my money to live off of since medically out of work right now I also feel they asked me hippa questions about health they shouldn’t ask why is it so hard to get money back purchased the tickets in oct but my health has been affected over and over I thought I’d be able to go tried to cancel tickets they sent me to alliance to get money back they tell me I need to do claim and I may get it back or not

    Scam - DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM. Charged me $280 for 2 tickets that cost $50 each at venue website.

    I bought 3 tickets for 12/26, after I paid more than twice as much as for the tickets I received emails stating that I would receive the tickets on 12/25. emailed them twice and called them once and begged them to cancel the transaction since I can't wait until the day before even to see if I get the tickets. people are flying from other states to attend this event and I can't not be sure of it.
    also since tickets are super over priced if I need to sell them I need to have access to them NOW, I pain my money and I need to have access to my tickets now.
    I had 3 requests; either talk to the supervisor, get my money back or have immediate access to the tickets. after 1 hour they gave me NONE of them.

    If I could give lower than one star I would. I bought tickets through their platform by mistake and paid three times the face value of the tickets. I immediately called their customer service department to cancel the order. They were extremely rude and refused to cancel the order. The representative refused to let me speak with their supervisor. In my opinion, this company is terrible and predatory. Beware.

    Got scammed. Paid USD for ballet tickets in Edmonton Alberta happening less than a 15 minute car ride away from my home!! At least the seats are legitimate according to Alberta Ballet, but the only way I will get in is if I present my tickets on my iPhone at the event. Hopefully this all works out! All of this is totally confusing for a senior who just wanted to take an international student to his first ballet. Tickets Center appeared top of the list when searching for the tickets. Why is this?

    I would give them no stars if I could.

    I got charged for tickets I didn’t order almost $600 bucks worth.

    When I put in my info to complain and ask to get my money back they then email me my tickets I didn’t order and say they can’t refund me and to contact my bank.

    Worst company ever.

    Still don’t have my money back
