    hello my name is quiieanna and I brought tickets yesterday for a event at the house of blues today and never received any emails about my tickets and the event is to night. I have sent like 5 emails and it keep saying the place is closed and its saying the same thing on the phone.

    So mad at myself for purchasing from here! Scammed out of $580 and tried canceling within less than two hours of purchasing. Such a joke that they follow all guildines and regulations HA!

    Tickets center is a sheer scam!!! Violated is how I feel! I spent $672.00 for a Billy Joel/Sting concert. I never received the "so called" email with instructions for downloading the tickets. Even after I sent proof of emails that I received stating this and the emails I sent requesting access to my ticket they failed to do what is right. I even sent a screenshot of the site not allowing me to access my ticket.This place needs to be shut down. Its a scam operation.

    This site does illegal practices. They sell overpriced tickets which is illegal in Florida.
    Statute Section 817.36 Resale of tickets.— (1) A person or entity that offers for resale or resells any ticket may charge only $1 above the admission price charged therefor by the original ticket seller of the ticket for the following transactions: (a) Passage or accommodations on any common carrier in this state.

    Please don't make the same mistake I did. This company buys tickets from a venue under a fake name and re-sells them at 3 times the price. I also made the mistake of buying the insurance from Allianz, which is also a total rip-off. Since I am unable to attend the event I contacted Allianz and the total coverage is $125. I paid $312 for my tickets. And the insurance doesn't cover anything except verifiable crap like a traffic accident, pandemic, broken leg. In other words, if you have a conflict and cannot attend, the insurance does't cover. The venue told me they could not guarantee that the tickets would even be honored. I hate being scammed and the $125 refund isn't worth the hassle to me. My only hope is this review will keep others from making this mistake. Go directly to the venue to purchase tickets if at all possible. Be careful before checking that insurance box. It isn't what you think. Of course they don't give you the details of the plan until after you've paid. Horrible! I hate to even give them one star!

    Total rip off - do not ever use them!! They charged an extra $75 for each ticket they sold, plus their service fee. They do not provide any sort of refund!

    Absolutely don't use Tickets-Center.com.
    I went to retrieve my tickets via email only to be told there was no purchase/no tickets. Late in the evening before the show, I received an email regarding the tickets. Unfortunately, I didn't check my email until after the show, and so didn't attend. Calling the center to explain ended up in no satisfaction, long holds for "let me check with my team" (I suspect there is no 'team'), and me out of almost $200." I inquired as to who else I could communicate with about the matter, and was told there was no other recourse, phone number or email. I do not recommend this privately owned scam.
