    Scam. First of all they try to make it look like they are the actual venue of the place where you want to go. We thought we were buying from Churchill Downs. When I called and said I never got the tickets and their contact "button" didn't work on the email they sent, I was told the seats I bought belong to someone else and they had no record of me. We never got the tickets and we couldn't get hold of them. We later learned they are a third party broker. They keep saying the tickets were sent but I looked at the emails and the spam folder. They were not there. I can see by all the other angry people that I'm not the first to be scammed by these people.

    Absolute trash company. Not only were their prices way above market value, I'm almost certain that when I clicked on the event link for the date that I wanted, they brought me to a similar event on the next day. Unable to refund the initial purchase despite the fact that I purchased tickets to the actual event I wished to attend. Will be going through my credit card company to try to get the charge reversed.

    I ordered two tickets from tickets-center.com yesterday today (12/01/2024) for a concert on 04/17/2025 but need to cancel them due to an unforeseen conflict. I am unable to get help from tickets-center.com on refunding my tickets. I'd like to get help from tickets-center.com to refund the tickets. Thanks very much

    Do not use this service. They include unnecessary fees and high markups. Find a different site to purchase tickets.

    I purchased tickets for an event online and contacted them within an hour of purchasing the tickets to cancel the order due to a conflict. They refused to cancel my order. Additionally, the tickets I purchased will not be available until the day of the event. I would never use this service in the future and recommend everyone to stay away from it.

    Big scam! I ordered Nutcracker tickets a month ago and never received them. $903 down the drain. I called and texted them and was assured the tickets would arrive. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

    Overpriced tickets 6 months in advance of event, purchased 5 min ago, tickets not issued yet, just confirmation, & cannot be cancelled???? Abuse of customers!!! Do not buy.

    They advertised one price and the at the end the charged a different price. On top of being not very helpful when I called customer service. They told me I had to report it with my bank. This company needs to be shut down, it is a scammer for upselling tickets. I am so disappointed.

    This place is a scam. Do not go here. Ballet tickets from the actual ballet company website were $96 for row B of the center orchestra section, this site has row L in the same section listed at $859. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
