  My daughter went to buy minor league baseball tickets, and naively she paid almost $70 a ticket for $15 seats. She quickly realized her mistake, tried to cancel with the company, tried to work with her debit card bank, all to no avail. Tickets-Center.com preys on the unknowing much they way a phone scammer takes advantage of people. They should be put out of business.

  STAY AWAY FROM TICKETS-CENTER.COM!!!!!! Tickets-Center.com is nothing more than scammers online. Stole money from my account and provided links that would not take me to my tickets. Walked through the entire process with a representative, she re-sent links while we were on the phone and they did not work. She proceeded to tell me they were still not at fault and no refund would be issued. We missed the venue because tickets could not be found and they offered not refund. Their "private" sellers which are Ticketmaster and LiveNation neither had history of my tickets. Nothing more than thieves and robbers! STAY AWAY FROM TICKETS-CENTER.COM!!!!!!

  First of all i was on Ixfinity site and these frauds popped up. I was buying tickets for 8 19 22 concert. As i was scrolling I hit send and realized I ordered tickrt that cost $40 more the Ixfinity. I no sooner hit send and realized my mistake i tried to email call and text for them to stop transaction it wasnt even 2 seconds after transaction. THEY DONT ANSWER THERE PHONE CALLED 4 TIMES WAITED ON HOLD FOR 30 OR MORE MINUTSS EACH TIME. Then they offered me a call back I was 3rd in line and that was yesterday morning. Impossible to talk to this business

  Took my money, and did not deliver accessible tickets. When we called and email multiple times, they simply said "All sales are final," and would not direct to a solution. They took our money out of our account and said they were not responsible for undeliverable tickets. Not only did we miss the venue altogether but they refused to do anything about refund ($426), total scam artists

  I agree with every negative comment posted. They are scammers that present themselves as the host venue. The State of Georgia should shut them down and prosecute. I think host venues should warn concert goers because this company hijacks them and sells at much higher, unfortunately the purchaser thinks they are buying tickets from the host venue.

  Worst company....real cheats. don't pay their prices...the tickets are far less from the venue. Also no refunds if party has Covid...yukk. Wish I could leave a zero star review.

  I purchased tickets to a concert that was advertised, on the Ticket-Center.com website, that the venue was the Winspear Opera House. The Ticket-Center Website displays a seating chart of the Winspear. When I received my tickets, I noticed that the tickets read a completely different venue. I called customer service and was told by the Ticket-Center agent that I needed to call Winspear to ask where my seat was. Winspear ticket office told me my concert WAS NOT AT WINSPEAR, but rather it was outdoors at the AT&T Performance Center next door. I NEVER would have purchased these tickets if I knew the venue was OUTDOORS TO SEE A CONCERT IN 115 DEGREE WEATHER IN JULY!! My husband is 74 and diabetic and cannot sit through a concert in the heat and demand a refund but Ticket-Center.com will not refund for any reason. Ticket-Center.com is misleading customers and they shouldn't be allowed to sell tickets, EVER!!

  Agree with many other posts. This site grabs top of the Google list. If distracted, when you click on them they will not warn you they are a scalper site and tickets will be 3x plus more expensive than the local box office. After you press the submit order key, good bye: stonewalling refunds all the way. Google must not allow such scammers to hold high places on their search list. Google is complicit.

  I wish I had looked at this before I bought tickets. Ticket Master is selling the exact same tickets for about one third the price!! Why is this website allowed to exist? Is Ticket Master is cohorts with them?? I am going to try my cc company to see if I can dispute the charge.

  Totally scammed by this business. Do not buy tickets from them. Paid for 4 tickets that never came through. When we called about them, the phone message was that the office was closed even though it was well past the time it was advertised to be open.
