    SCAM! I was sold tickets before they even went on pre-sale for what I have since determined to 1,500% higher than their face value. I have tried to cancel with the company and dispute the charge on my credit card to no avail.
    This business should be illegal and not allowed to exist because all they do is scam and swindle people.

    This site is a huge scam. My daughter didn’t realize it was a 3rd party website and paid $70 for what was a $20 ticket to a community theater production. All sales are final, no refunds.
    We are currently checking with the box office to see if her ticket is even valid. If not, we will be filing an inquiry with the bank for the charge. If the ticket isn’t valid, then the transaction is theft.

    If I could give a NEGATIVE NUMBER OF STARS, I WOULD. Rolando Valle apparently bought the tickets for $28, and sold them to me for $99 plus a ridiculous processing fee. I went to the website of our local civic center, and clicked on the "purchase tickets" link. Apparently, I was redirected to TICKETS-CENTER.COM to complete the purchase. Four tickets that cost good ole ROLANDO VALLE (who must be an owner or employee)$140, cost me $514. I hope that I can track down this piece of $#!t and have a face to face conversation with him. I will be researching this "company" further. I'm so glad that we have the freedom of speech in this country, because ROLANDO VALLE will be getting a visit.

    This is a disreputable second tier ticket reseller that I found out to late. I purchased 2 tickets to Bonnie Raitt concert on December the 7 for an April 22, 2025 concert I realized that they were charging me double the price that etix would have charged! I had been misdirected to their site so I didn’t realize I had alternatives. When I went to the Altria Theatre (Richmond Va) website I was redirected to etix to buy tickets. It was half the price!!! I called Tickets center the next day and they refused to refund me. This is outrageous

    SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am out $463.50. I thought I was ordering tickets on the concert venue website because they are the first to come up on google and actually says "Bank of NH" but when you buy tickets the price gets jacked up and you've already pressed order. In small print at the bottom of the page it says they are a resale market amd prices may be above market value. My concert is on Aug 6th 2025 and they said they would send the tickets on Aug 5th. I did a live chat with them and they said they would send a note to the seller to send them early. I told them I wanted them in 48 hours-nothing has appeared. I am workinng with my credit card company to get my money back. Not sure I am going to get credited or not. These slim balls should be in jai! Why are they still allowed to have their website on google??

    Beware, this site comes up first in search results for many venue searches. If you are rushing to buy tickets before they "sell out" it is easy to be fooled. Tickets are more than double face value and the fees are exorbitant. My biggest complaint is that I contacted customer service right away and they refused to help with a refund or cancellation. Yes, ultimately my fault for being duped, but this company has zero integrity and uses marketing to scam consumers.

    This company is a scam, they charge overpriced tickets (I have proof ) and no website available to complain. They just sent email confirmation without the ticket itself. I cancelled the purchase one minute after bought and the event is more than one month away.

    It’s such a huge shame that google allows them to come up first…I can’t imagine how many folks mistake it for ticketmaster… It’s a scalping website and i’m sure they take advantage of so many people. They also lie- saying they are helping people sell their tickets and you can’t return it- but you can sell them yourself (not on their site though- they buy them up and instantly scalp them for double!) Notice there’s no way to resell through their site- they are NOT a middle man between two parties- they’re scammers.

    If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I was sent their link to buy tickets for the Nutcracker Ballet. I went ahead and bought them because I thought that was the only place to buy them from (my mistake for not just going to the venue's website). 2 tickets cost me $149 and said that I will get them 2 days before the event. I immediately contact customer service via chat from their website after I submitted to cancel the order because my gut was telling me the transaction was wrong. I was told that there wasn't anything they could do and to "just sell the tickets" even though I contacted them immediately. Their customer service was a complete joke. I've sent 2 follow up emails to the one provided by Paypal with no response. I submitted a case to Paypal and they of course sided with the vendor. I just want a refund back. I don't know if it would be worth contacting my bank or not. DO NOT order tickets from this website
