    I paid for my tickets but didn’t receive the location I paid for and was ripped off. I paid about double ($204) each for 2 seats I chose in the floor section about 10 rows back from the stage on the right side (facing the stage). The ones in the back were only $104 each. I was quite disappointed when I found out my seats were all the way in the back row in the mezzanine. Firstly when I was told I could download my tickets I had to open an account with ticket master and save them to an Apple Wallet which all took a bit of time. By the way the tickets I received were from ticketmaster not tickets-center. They are just rip off swindler resellers and they don’t offer refunds. I recommend never using this ticket-center site and going either directly to ticketmaster or to the box office of the venue. This here tickets-center is anything but convenient and anything but legit. The FBI should shut this thing down - it deserves 0 or negative stars.

    Terrible - I bought presale tickets from them which were twice the cost of the tickets when the actual sale started. I learned my mistake and never again.

    I was trying to get tickets for a local concert at the Radio Room and they were charging me $59/ticket and saying there was seating together but Radio Room doesn't really have much seating, it's not that kind of venue. So I went to the Radio Room tickets directly and the real cost of the tickets were $15/ticket. Ticket-center.com was going to charge me three times the cost and pocket the difference. I would never buy tickets from these guys after this experience.

    This site advertised a great soccer game/ticket which was Orlando City vs Cruzeiro (BRA), but the actual game that is going to happen is Orlando City versus a small team called A.C Mineiro (BRA).

    Upon receiving this confirmation email I called them and they gave me the run around and stated that the game is happening and the home team is the same. lol

    So, for them, it doesn't matter if Orlando is playing Real Madrid or the WildCats High School...

    I had to call my credit card to recover my money, they would not refund me.

    What a bunch of jokers!

    DO NOT USE !!! I was redirected to this site to buy tickets. Ended up paying 200.00 more per ticket x 5 because of undisclosed fees.

    BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THEM. If there were zero stars I would assign it for these guys. I was in a rush to buy monster jam tickets for a birthday/christmas gift for my nephew and when I googled buying the tickets this site came up as the first, so I click on it and went through the motions of purchasing the tickets. It also appeared on their site that there were hardly any tickets left, showing only one of the sections of the arena with available seats, which added to my angst to get the tickets purchased. that I clicked on. The prices were $100/ticket which I remembered being way steeper than years prior but was moving fast eager to check this off my very long to do list this holiday season. Boy I wish I had taken a beat to pay closer attention to what I was actually buying through! After I purchased and got the email I wouldn't have my tickets until 1/25 I went back to look at things closer. from googling again and seeing ticketmaster, checking their cost and the tickets only be $28, all in the span of 10 minutes, I tried calling these guys to cancel and got a hard no and that I could resell them. I called my bank to try and kill the transaction but they said I'd need to wait until it posted and then I could dispute the charge. More over, I am seeing I won't even get my tickets until the DAY BEFORE the event! What is that about? How do I know I have actual tickets? This is truly absurd and really hope that there is some way to shut these guys down. What they are doing is very misleading.

    Tried to immediately (30 seconds) cancel a ticket request but was told once product ordered no reimbursements are process. The company purposely tries to look like Ticketmaster and does not state it is a re-sale site. On-line assistance is laughable and you cannot get a live person on the phone.

    This website made me pay twice as much for two tickets on their website compared to the price of two tickets on the proper website which was less than one ticket

    Zero stars would be preferred! Believed we were purchasing tickets to Chris Tomlin concert thru Ticketmaster. Expected cost for 4 tickets at approximately $60 each. Received email confirmation from Tickets-Center.com showing $0.
    Did not see final charges until after we enjoyed the concert and they were approx $90 each. More than $90 in service charges! Shameful practices!
    Will be notifying Ticketmaster, the Church that sponsored the concert, and our credit company about Tickets-Center.com shady practices.
