    They make a website look like Ticketmaster and even have you log into your Ticketmaster account which made me think I was on their site. Tickets were over 3 times the price in Ticketmaster and then charged a $51 service fee on top of that and some other fees as well. Called 1-800 number and of course it is some third party offshore
    Company who has all the BS answers scripted out. How is this company even in business

    6 weeks ago I bought 3 tickets to see Michael Carbonaro at Desert Diamond Casino in Sahaurita, AZ. On 12/21/24. Seats were center stage Row K. 1 day before show (today) I get a call from Tickets-Center.com stating my tickets were no longer available but would refund me $100 total (paid $450 total originally) if I took 3 seats way far left of the stage.
    I was told that they are a 3rd party vendor and the owner of the tickets re-sold them for a higher price. Will NEVER use again. Total BS.

    This business's url cropped up first in my search and I was mistakenly convinced that I was reaching the Goodman Theater's online booking service (I am 78 yrs old...). I thought the amount of $287 for 2 $45 tickets was usurious, and realized AFTER completing the transaction that it was a SCAM. The "confirmation" indicated that I would receive my tickets THREE MONTHS from now, only A DAY BEFORE the performance! I immediately contacted my credit card company, and they directed me to contact the company, Tickets-Center.com - I got into a "chat" with the company, and was refused any recourse. I have since filed a refund request with my credit card company, do not know the outcome. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    I bought Nutcracker tickets in Houston Texas. The price on line was 179.00. I bought 3 tickets the prices was then 739.82. I was under the impression that this was the price so I paid it. I then printed the tickets and was advised the tickets were 65.00 each. The seats were not even good. I contacted the company for an explanation and was told this as breakdown
    Ticket Subtotal: $537.00 $179.00 each
    Delivery Fee: $6.95
    Sales Tax: $42.87
    Service Fee: $153.00
    Order Total: $739.82

    I am not savvy with this stuff and am an older woman. There were tickets available at the venue for 65.00 for our seats. I got ripped off and hope no one else works with this company. I contacted them and was advised no refund.

    Do NOT do business with this company.! They overcharged for tickets 3 times the face value and they are a scam.
    My name is not on the tickets nor did I receive an invoice of the charges.
    I called my credit card company the next day to file a dispute and indicated that I am not paying for these tickets. I was told I have to wait for the charges to post to my account. Upon calling Tickets-Center, I was told I could not cancel the tickets and there is documentation on the website clearly states that you can get a 100 % money back guarantee.

    Stating that the price may be higher or lower does not provide sufficient transparency. The consumer is shown one price when purchasing and it is only after entering the consumers credit card detail portion to complete the transaction that the vendor, ticket-centre.com, displays the actual price being billed to that credit card. In my case i was shown $415, only to be billed $592. The $592 is billed immediately indicating that this vendor already has a different dollar amount than what is displayed.
    They know the amount but the consumer does not. ticket-centre.com will not reveal the amount billed by couching it in the language that it is a third-party vendor as a resale site.

    They would not alienate their customers if they were just upfront about cost.

    Misrepresents self as the primary ticketing agency for Morrison Center Events in Boise, Idaho through Google site promotion and similar naming to Ticket Master. Refuses Refunds and changes inflated prices without customer knowledge that they are not the primary ticketing agency, and does not provide seating illustration to identify actual seat location for events.

    I logged onto the kentucky center website which some how turned into this 3rd party site. It said seats were together on the site but when i got the email it just lists a row. Then it says i won't get tickets till day before. Every attempt to contact the company from the email says site doesn't exist. Tracking tickets link doesn't exist.
