    Ordered parking tickets for Trans Siberian Orchestra and they promised to send them by day before performance. Never recieved them but they said I did when contacted. Were way over priced and Will not order tickets from them again.

    Something has to be done with this company ticket-center. So the football team i wanted to see play in a bowl game pulled out a few days after tickets were selling. Ticket-Center never disclosed that Marshall was no longer playing in the game. Why would i want to see another team? Then they charge $200 extra on top for fees. They send the tickets to me on 12/23/2024 and i have to get them from the ticketmaster site but cannot sell the damn tickets...So I am out $500. I am pissed. NEVER EVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Can I give 0 stars for their company because that's what they deserve.

    A scam website/company. Totally fell for it because my google search returned it as the first search result (it’s shown as sponsored). Can’t believe google is doing this for $$$. Google is becoming as a terrible company as baidu.

    See my post below. While I would not recommend this company, I will tell you I did complain and they gave me a full refund for our tickets. We even used the tickets. So I have to give them credit for responding in this way. It was very much appreciated. They did not agree to this refund by telephone but did send me an email and I did get the money back. $739.00. This was for three tickets that had face value of $65 per ticket

    Terrible company to order tickets through. I ordered tickets through them over 2 months in advance of show. Never received my tickets. A few days before show I was sent an email to call company, I called and was told to pick up tickets at will call. On arrival the night of show we stood for over 30 minutes at will call because our tickets were not found. We had to call company and never got a clear response. Thankfully theater let us in. Please never use this company. It’s a 3rd party.

    Worst website, I purchased the ticket online with my phone for a show of next following day. The price I saw was 179$ per ticket. But at I ended up paid 231$. I found out this fact Right the way the payment is made. Less than 5mins, I called Ticekt center right the way, they couldn’t cancelled the transaction saying it’s my responsibility.
    It’s doesn’t make sense if I make an order by mistake, and willing to cancel RIGHT THE WAY, but not allowing me doing it.

    Horrible company. Their extra fees are not listed. Got tickets for a bowl game and tickets center has yet to tell me the one team pulled out. No refunds. When they put the counter on to buy the tickets close the app immediately they are gonna screw you out of $200 never again

    Tickets were represented as being adjoining seats for an event that does not have seating. We were charged OVER 3 TIMES the face value of the tickets and refused a refund less than 6 hours after purchase. They also, clearly stated that they didn't own the tickets but, would try to procure them on our behalf for this "once in a lifetime" opportunity. This is for an event that runs EVERY YEAR over the Christmas season. These people need to be, at the very least, put out of business for fraud, misrepresentation & price gouging. They more likely deserve being heavily fined & jailed.
